    The service advisers are great, especially Rick Ramirez who always has a big smile and works hard to help me with any issues I may have. I always appreciate the people greeting me at the door as I walk in and even the folks that are cleaning the building as they open for the day, all were very courteous and helpful when I asked for directions in the new dealership's building. I was impressed to see Mr. Sewell in early to work and his greeting each employee by name and with a smile. you can definitely see the top down positive, pleasant attitude and professionalism is present as everyone I came in contact with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ONLY suggestion I would offer is to somehow shorten the 4 to 6 week waiting time to get into the shop for repairs. That being said, my recall repairs only took about 30 min. to perform before I was back out the door and on my way. We are fortunate to have this dealership in the Permian Basin both to serve our community and to be a fine example of how to run a business. Well done Mr. Sewell, your Grand Father would be proud of you, Love the new Cafe by the way...

    Disingenuous delaership

    Dealer reneged on an offered, and accepted deal, in order to make an additional $1000. I had a lot of time and effort invested in this purchase and was very disappointed to learn how this dealership operates. The salesperson was top notch and went above and beyond to make this deal work. The failure lies solely with the management who apparently accepted more than one offer on the same vehicle. When the opportunity to correct the situation was there, they opted for the money instead of doing the right thing.

    Good if you like getting scammed. Very high prices to pay for the nice facility. Go elsewhere and get a better deal, unless you dont like paying 10% extra to pay for that nice building.

    I purchased a 2017 truck. Sewell made promises that were never kept. We bought the truck bc of their so called excellent service. Well they never delivered on their service. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again.

    Paul was so great, very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked into all while bieng patient with us during our car buying experience. We asked for 6 different car keys and he never complained once. During the credit application process we expected to be put through the irritating negotiations like we experienced at other car dealerships. In fact we expected that we would come into a deal that we didn't like. But once we got to the end we were very shocked it was that easy and we got the monthly payment we wanted as well as low interest rate. From the moment we stepped on the lot there was no rush, Paul gave us a sense of honesty. That was the best car buying experience we ever had.

    Andrew and Monica went by far to provide the best experience. This was my first car purchase and really didn't have in mind what I wanted. As I walked in the parking lot, I was greeted by Monica and listened to what I was looking for in a car, she quickly listened and pointed me to a 2016 Ford Focus. The color and style I wanted wasn't available so she quickly left to her office while Andrew was just showing up. I test drove a focus and I quickly liked it. As I went back to the office, Monica had researched and given me options. My brother and I were discussing about me wanting black rims and a remote starter and we discussed how later we would purchase them. I turn to talk to Monica and she had found a car with those qualities without me telling her to look for one. Andrew made the call and had the car delivered to Odessa. Honestly this is one of the best experiences I had, very lovely people and great people to talk to, very knowledgeable and very patient. Andrew was there even when I financed the car and provided great service when I got my keys to my car. Thank you Sewell Odessa.
