    Great used car buying experience

    Worked with Szymon and ended up with a fair deal on a used Rav4. The car had a few dents on the hood so I wasnt certain I wanted to buy it. They ended up getting them out after 1st having a dent service try to take them out. When it didn't work successfully, they sent the car to their body shop and had them smoothed out so they would have a happier customer and get a sale. After I got home from leaving the dealership, I realized none of the buttons on the key worked to open or lock the doors. They had me go back when the key service was there a few days later and the key was programmed, and they gave me a spare key which also was programmed correctly. This customer service attention to detail really made the car buying service great, when it's usually nerve wracking and you end up feeling bitter or taken advantage of when you get a new car.

Thank you to Andy and Joe as you truly created a stress free easy to buy environment...Not only did they get me a great deal, they also help to create a moment/memory that will last a life time....My daughter graduated from NBHS Class of 2019 and they did a wonderful job with helping me surprise my daughter with her first vehicle...These guys truly put their heart into making this moment magical and words cant express enough how grateful my wife and i are ...Great Job Guys !!!

    When LIBERTY HONDA sold me a brand new car with a bad tire ( small slice that got bigger as I drove it) and had to replace it withing 5 days of buying the car, SCHALLER fixed the problem and made sure I didn't pay for it. Russ at Schaller went to bat for me the way Liberty should have. I will be buying and using Schaller for all my Honda needs in the future.

    2011 Ridgeline

    It started with an airbag recall. I also wanted to have a front bearing noise looked at. Before I knew it they insisted I took their loaner home. I was only going to make an appointment. I used their new Accord for 3 weeks. Tom and his Red Teem changed the right bearing and half-shaft. Got most of the noise gone, but still had some noise.( I had both bearings changed by another garage 4 months ago). One of the other mechanics owns a Ridgeline. They took the left assembly from his truck and put it on my Ridgeline. The noise was completely gone, but, now they also found that the steering knuckle was bent. My Ridgeline had been in an accident. They even changed it with no charge. Tom and the RED TEEM at Schaller Honda went way over the top to make me fall in love with my Ridgeline. It sounded like rumble strips on the highway. Thank you so much.

    I went to fix my car at the dealer and when I dropped it off I had everything working fine , but after putting up the car I had a few thing broken I went back and the service manager told me that it was broken and aren't responsible, every upset about it ... wont go back there again

    Paint and fabric ripoff

    Salesperson demonstrated how fabric protection worked. The day after we picked up the car I tried the same experiment and it was not protected. I took the car back and made them do it over again and now it is fine.......bottom line is they can’t be trusted

    Great buying experience. Peter Jurkowski was very helpful, knowlegeable and patient. He answered all our questions and went the extra mile with us. Not your typical salesman. I would highly recommend him. Phil G. was also very helpful. A very positive experience! Had never been to Schaller before . We're so glad we came here!

    Truck hunting

    I had been looking at a truck advertised by Schaller on Cars.com. They had a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT that I liked the looks of and was in the price range I was wanting to stay in so on 2/18/17 my wife, sister-in-law and I went by the Schaller dealership to see the truck. We looked at the truck on the lot for a few minutes and decided to take it for a test drive so I walked across the street to find a salesman. Upon crossing the street I was asked by a gentleman by the name of Chas if I needed any assistance. I told him which truck I was interested in so he went inside to get the keys for the truck. We took it for a nice drive so I could get a feel for the truck. After getting back to the dealership we sat down with Chas and proceeded to go over the truck. Chas was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way from the day I put a deposit on this truck to the day I picked the truck up almost a week later. He has been very attentive to my needs from the day I met him no matter what the situation. Thank you Chas for everything!!!
