    I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful dealership except it is 3 hours from my home. From the very beginning when I found the vehicle I was long searching for right up to the sale and the day I drove home in my 2017 Corvette, it was all extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Working with Frank Smith , Michael Lawson and Paul Lombardo was enjoyable and they made me feel like royalty (even though I wasn't purchasing a high dollar Lexus). Very refreshing to shop at a store that truly cares and takes care of every little detail! Thanks guys!!!

    I first started working with Scanlon years ago after buying a used Lexus elsewhere. Never had an issue. I recently bought second used Lexus, but this time a Certified Pre-Owned from Scanlon. That process was simple, and the salesman was helpful and patient. The service process was professional and without issue. The car is cleaned, and they take care of you while you wait (in my case I got a loaner for my follow up appointment). The only hitch was my disappointment at the cost for the diagnostics of my car if it has not been covered by the warranty. It was A/C work, and I was quoted $300 to diagnose, evacuate and flush the freon. I had a mechanic I know and trust do the diagnosis for $60, and did not charge for the freon as it was not very low. Ultimately it went well, and I have no problem recommending Scanlon but understand there are added costs as with any dealer.

    Not having a Lexus dealership near me, I bought my Lexus at Scanlon, Ft. Myers. My purchase experience with Henry couldn't have been better and I love my car! It is the service dept that is difficult to work with. The first time I had a service I did not require a loaner vehicle; this time I do. I booked a hotel in Ft. Myers for this Wednesday so I could take my car in on Thursday. I have clients in Ft. Myers so figured I could borrow a car and work while it is getting serviced. I was told last week I could borrow a loaner even thought it was a short service. I called this morning to change my appointment time and was assured by the lady on the phone that I was indeed down for a loaner. Later today, I received a call from Keith informing me that the lady on the phone is 'only' a receptionist and I was not to get a loaner, when he said I could last week. I am now having to pay out of pocket (my car is under warranty) for my service elsewhere, as this company is not willing to help.
