    We were looking for a new vehicle and decided to take a look at what was available. Found a certified used car that if I hadn’t been told that it was a 2017, I would have thought that it was new. Richard was awesome. No pressure, showed us a number of new and used vehicles and was very personable and easy to work with. We showed up late in the evening and Richard, Jeff and Marcos hung out with us after closing to get the deal done and out the door that night with our new (used) Highlander. Great service. Definitely recommend anyone looking to buy either a new or used vehicle to check out Toyota of Santa Cruz for sure.

    I bring my Prius here for maintenance, and I also bought one from the sales department. The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed. The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.

    Life Changing

    This dealership changed my life. I walked in with an extremely difficult situation, it took almost two months to resolve. Each individual I spoked too and worked with took the time to understand what was going on and with everyone involved at the dealership the final resolution was an unbelievable outcome. I left the dealership yesterday feeling the like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. I can't thank the dealership enough. I would put my full trust in SC Toyota again. I highly recommend working with Tom at sales and Dylan and Adam in finance. I truly felt like the entire team had my best interest at heart. Thank you Toyota of Santa Cruz.

    Terrible installation

    Took advantage of the Toyota Spring sales event on tires. Scheduled the appointment after being told the tires I wanted were in stock. Show up for the appointment only to be told they did not have the tires I wanted. They found another set of tires which cost more, so instead of waiting for the tires I ordered I went ahead and purchased what they had and requested an alignment. Upon completion of installation, I noticed all 4 rims had damage from their tire machine (gouged metal). Toyota was fair and said they would replace all 4 rims. I also noticed they actually installed the tires I ordered but did not tell me and did not refund the difference in price. They also forgot to replace the valve caps and the car had terrible steering wheel shake at highway speeds (unbalanced tires). I returned to have have the rims replaced and upon completion, found damage to all 4 rim caps. The technician used a hammer to install the aluminum caps leaving dents and marks on the caps. The service manager would not admit the fault on their end and said "I need to investigate the incident". I requested a refund for the price difference in the tires and requested they replace all 4 rim caps. So far Toyota has not refunded the difference in tire cost or replaced the 4 rim caps. I will update this review once Toyota gets back to me.
