    I had a previous negative post about one of the salesmen. Strike 1. The sales manager responded, asking me to contact him. He was great to deal with and I wanted to buy a truck from them. I received a text later in the day from the salesman asking if I was going to buy, and said the price had not changed. When he was informed about my conversation and price quote from his manager, he did not believe me. I do not like being called a liar, so I told him I would move on and thanked him for his time. Strike 2. I was contacted by a customer service rep wondering why I had not made a purchase. After explaining what had transpired, he asked if I would stop in for a meeting to which I agreed. I went to the dealership on the day and time we set, and was told that he was off that day. Strike 3, you're out!

    My sales person was Jason Wiler and he was great! Buying a car from him was a great experience. I inquired about a new Silverado on his day off and instead of following up with me the following day when he got into his office he responded immediately back from his home. Now that is what you call great customer service.. He found a way to get me the exact truck I wanted.

    Hidden costs not declared on sticker because they're installed and you are aware only if it was declared by finance person but it never happened in the sales process

    Should not have stopped there. They don't live up to common values. They are very greedy and only think of themselves. I will never be able to live life as normal again in my lifetime.

    I am a customer of Sands and am wondering if Sands makes a practice of deducting $20 from employees paychecks for water whether they drink it or not. Camelback Toyota does this and for this reason I refuse to set foot in their store. They claim all Dealerships do this and I begged to differ as I had been in the business for 30 yrs and never heard of this outrageous practice. They are making money off their employees on water!! They are paying less for it at Costco and charging their employees more.
