    Terrible service from a dealer

    Honestly it’s my review is more towards the actual dealer named “Reza” and not the entire dealership but he represents them so it’s definitely still has to do with them. I was interested in a used bmw m6 and I found out through a mutual friend of the gentleman Reza his dealership had one. He was nice enough to bring it to my boys store and allow me to test drive it and all that. I was intending on purchasing it almost ASAP but I still needed details on pricing as would anyone. Right away I felt him trying to push me to buy before even going to the actual dealership and talking it out . I was waiting a on a check from my insurance company because of an accident and was intending on using it all as the down payment. I gave him my credit card info to hold the car by taking a payment of $300.00 because I was very interested. I called him and said I was going. To be at the dealership later at night a few days later just to show my father the car and possibly go over an estimate and get some numbers because I knew it was late. At the dealership everyone was super friendly and at the time he was professional with my father gave us an estimate and said he would get back to me the next day with numbers of the best price he could do and about their out of pocket warranty that I wanted to purchase. Well the next day rolls around and no call or text he has my cell. A few days later I have a screenshot from my mural friend of Reza complaining about me assuming I won’t buy it and that he can’t do any price changes and that because I told him I was looking at other cars also he decided I wasn’t into it. That is super unprofessional that I have to find this from our mutual friend when he could have at least called me and told me that personally because I was still into the car regardless of the price (it was in very good condition just an older year) I more importantly wanted to know the warranty price. I also told him I needed the info ASAP because I am in a rush to find a car and I was comparing it along with other statements from other dealers on the same car . All in all I called the dealership and made sure they cancelled my card so it wasn’t on hold and that I wasn’t charged and their service with that was good. All in all I don’t think the dealership is bad but I would avoid Reza because he clearly lacks the right customer service and doesn’t seem to have any respect towards the customers time. Thanks

    Danny Park was terrific. He was very easy to transact with and was a man of his word. He cares about his customers and it shows. I had an issue with the car and he made it right ASAP. It was impressive. In my dealings with him, he was a pro and I am glad I got my car from him.

    Our second Acura dealership is absolutely amazing bought the car for my wife she loves the new TLX is she said even if she didn't like the TLX that much you would have bought it just because of the service department the friendly treatment a tank time to explain things finance manager faith and sales man will are great easy to deal with

    I went looking for the best deal for a RDX. Angel Ahmedi was helping me and she was great. She was sweet and welcoming and answered all my questions. I enjoyed dealing with her and I know I can call her anytime to address my concerns. I have leased many Acuras in the past and without a doubt , I will continue in the future. Heidi Zenou

    Poor follow-up

    My husband and I bought a trade in Toyota Rav4 from this dealer last March. One year later, discovered it was sold to us with tints illegal in New York. Our salesman was so supportive when we purchased the car and had intended to buy again from this dealer but now, not so much. When we called regarding service for this vehicle to have the tinting adjusted for NYS roadworthiness (so we don't get pulled over and fined), we were told it was our responsibility. The sales manager argued with my husband for half an hour about who should be financially responsible for this repair (even though it has been NYS law since the 90s to have a specific tint level and nothing more). End result is I will be doing this adjustment elsewhere (for approximately $50). For such a low repair cost, it would have been great to have support from the dealership on this instead of being told it was all our fault and we, as buyers, should have known / tested the tinting on the windows when purchasing -- isn't that what you trust a dealer to know? It's a shame, we were hoping to purchase from this dealer again in a few years when we outgrow out current Rav4. I guess this shows how they treat a customer who needs support after their check has been cashed...

    We met Danny Park a week ago. He was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. He showed us a MDX that seemed just what we were looking for so we signed the paperwork and planned on picking up the new MDX the following week. Danny called me during the week and told me I got some good news and I got some bad news. What do you want to hear first. I said ok give me the bad news first. He said well I cannot sell you the car that I showed you last weekend in good conscience. He said he honesty didn't want to sell me the car because it had been in an accident and there were serious things work with it. He then told me he found a better car for me that was better than the first one. It had lower mileage and was in mint condition. Danny said he really wanted to sell this better car to me. I bought the second car because of his honesty and integrity. Everyone that I dealt with at Rallye Acura was very professional and the honesty and integrity made for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them!! Thank you Danny Park and Rallye Acura. I love my new car.

    I was looking for used MDX and I found it at this dealer one day. I could make reservation for test drive easily. one of sales rep Angel was treated me professionally. I was happy while I'm test driving. I decided to buy after that. Register operation was so fast and easy. I just sign a couple of documents. That's it. I never been visited dealer like this. I think this is one of the great service dealership in nationwide. I will strongly recommend.

    Bad customer experience!

    I bought an Acura RDX from this dealership. Had auto start installed in it. After getting the auto start finally working right (had to be programmed by the dealership), I saw the flaws of the system. I began going back and forth with James Arismendy (my salesman) regarding the Auto start and how uncomfortable it was to walk around with 2 Acura Key fobs, my house and work keys. James confirmed I would get an after market auto start installed for free. Then changed story to the dealership will uninstall the auto start minus labor costs. Then changed the story to the part has been used so they will not uninstall it. (I had the car for a month). No attempts have been made by management to rectify this issue. Worst experience at a dealership. Referred my father in law to Acura of Huntington. He was happy with the service and bought a vehicle from there. Rallye Acura in Roslyn is not friendly; once you buy the car they do not know you. Dealership does not return messages. Sales manager Joseph Matajy is not customer friendly; he needs to be retrained. The general manager of the dealership needs to be retrained as well. Complaints filed with Acura.
