    My wife and I are looking to buy a new car. After shopping today we stopped by because my wife really likes the Outlander and Outlander sport and we have to get a new car very soon because her lease is up in (11 days) November. We walked in the dealership to look at both vehicles and test drive them so my wife could figure out which see likes best but we never got that far. After 5-10 minutes we were greeted by Scott. We told him which cars we liked and what our down payment was and that she needs to test drive them to make her mind up and then we could work numbers. He comes back and says the manager said we aren’t gonna test drive today and that we will when it’s closer to the time you buy. Let me remind you I told him our lease is up in November. But We never saw a car we never test drove we never filed out a credit application we literally walked in to buy a car and was basically told ...No! They lost a car deal and I’ll be sure to bring her New Outlander back just to show them!
