    I thought it was a shady practice to increase their online price from $23k to $25k with the excuse that they were paying for my trade more than what was worth. After that I shopped 2 other dealers They offered the same amount for my trade and kept their online price... They had the exact car I wanted but needless to say I did not buy it from them.

    Biggest scam artist around!!!!! Nothing but lies, hassles and b.s. problems don't get addressed and you just get passed off from person to person each of which makes an excuse as to how it's not their fault

    i purchased a used 2015 bmw 228i from prestige in westport on 05/25/2019. At the time of writing this review, it is 06/22/2019. after what was a pretty run of the mill car buying experience, i left satisfied. BUT as it stands today, this company has stolen from me, and put my license and career on the line. nearly one month later, i discovered that they never transferred my plates, titled, or registered my vehicle. thank you to the understanding officer that did not impound my car because i had all the sales paperwork with me that shows they were supposed to do that. i was charged 205$ for the service of registering my vehicle. i am missing out on 2 days wages, possibly 3 if they don't have this sorted out by monday. if they had a problem registering my car they should have reached out to me and let me know so it could be handled. but instead it seems as though they swept it under the rug and forgot about it. this is extremely unprofessional and i expected better. i will update on how they rectify the situation but i do not expect they will do much but say they will register the car on monday, because they probably dont consider my nearly 1000$ in lost overtime wages to be their problem. if you do buy a car from them. expect to need to check up on them to make sure they hold up their end of the bargain.

    I had a wonderful and great experience in purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Auto Mart. The Staff are very professional in dealing with customers, especially Sales Consultant, Romullo Marciano who worked with me in ensuring that I got a worth of my money in purchasing a Ford Explorer. He is the Ford specialist at Prestige Auto Mart! Romullo Marciano went above and beyond just to ensure that I purchase the best vehicle of my dream. A very pleasant, experience and Professional Sales Consultant. I would definitely recommend other buyers to visit Prestige Auto Mart in Westport, MA to purchase their vehicles. Prestige Auto Mart sells good vehicles, and the staff are very professional and customers' friendly.

    Awful car buying experience. I bought a 2008 Jeep from them and it has been nothing but problems and expenses. Brought it back twice and they claim nothing is wrong. Engine light on, AC stopped working after 2 weeks, and now needs a whole new transmission. This car was a money pit, problems from the start. They were rude and belittled us. Do not buy from Prestige.
