    Called 3 times about a particular car, even communicated about a specific price to show up and be handed the keys for the car, only for the “owner” to tell us it had been sold to the carmart across the street. We called the morning of to make sure the car was still available because we had an hour and half drive. Well, we were really interested so we decided to go see if the carmart would meet us closely with pricing we had already talked about. We get to carmart and they tells us that they have no idea what we’re talking about and have never spoken to anyone at prestige auto. The whole business is SKETCHY! I was hesitant to even buy a car from these people considering their reviews on facebook. Do not buy from them!!!

    The work car dealership you could go to! Staff is rude and even though the cars look good on the outside they have serious mechanical issues

    I absolutely would never buy from the car lot if you can even call it that! They are more like a junk yard they cars might look good on the outside but they are severely mechanically damaged! Get any warranty on writing

    Biggest crooks you will ever encounter

    Bought 2006 Jeep commander he guaranteed me nothing was wrong gave me two days to bring it back if something was wrong. As soon as I drove it off the lot the gauges didn’t work he said he would fix it. After he supposedly fixed got half way home the ac motor goes out engine light comes on and gauges mess up again. They said they would fix it! After they supposedly fixed it again and it everything started going crazy half way home I took it to 3 garages that told me this truck had been under water and was unrepairable. I called them and they all the sudden couldn’t hear me on the phone then quit answering so I called from a different umber and they said they were not Walmart they would not take it back

    Car broke down right after buying

    I got a car broke down as soon as I took it off the lot they “fixed” it several times haven’t had it but 3 weeks and it’s already not wanting to start. Vehicle commissioner says don’t mess with this company bc they have been in trouble a lot for not getting ppls title to them. The BBB also recommends not doin business with them either.

    I had a question on a Maserati they had that I was looking for. I sent them an email and never got a response back. I thought the sales men would be all over it. Not good customer service.
