    the Cadillac sections managers are seriously have a problems I lease or buy a car from Beverly hills Mercedes and I am never disappointed. this people not treat the customer respectfully , paper work takes at least 4 to 5 hours they look at everybody like crooks.

    They stole my check books and right checks. I didn't know dealer ship that much poor management. Manager call me and said they fired the guy. Doesn't help me. Wrote more than $1000.00 worth check. Very disappointed.

    Fred always greets me with a smile . Asks questions to determine what services needs to be done and solution oriented. Updates me on progress of service along the way . Makes sure car gets washed before presented back to me. Overall very knowledgeable and professional and courteous!

    2015 SRX Scheduled Maintenance Items

    I brought my 2015 SRX into Penske as I normally do when I am about to leave town. In this case I was going to Las Vegas. I made my appointment on line which is very user friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted by my advisor. He described the items that would have to.be completed and the amount of time it would take to have my SRX in tip top shape before driving thru 100 degree weather on my way to Vegas. He had the maintenance items completed on time and I was on my way.

    Ridiculously bad. Waited 45 min for them to bring a certified pre-owned car up from a nearby lot for me to see—and I had an appointment. Disorganized, and miserable customer service. Hard to believe they sell any cars with this sales crew.
