    We went to Ocala to look at a used Yukon. The sales department was great and there was no "high pressure" to buy or finance thru the dealership - we came with a pre-approved loan from our credit union in northwest Florida and has no issues at all. Very smooth transaction, and the one issue we did find on our test drive was immediately fixed before we left the lot. Thank you Jessica, Jesse, Allie and Stan for a great experience all around.

    The only way I'd purchase another vehicle from PEARSON NISSAN of OCALA is if they gave us a complete swap for our 2013 Nissan Juke with under 27,000 miles for a brand new 2017 Juke , including tax , title and transportation charges AND we DIDN'T have to go to THEIR service department for service . Which by the way is a -50 below the worst service any of you have ever experienced. Every service turned into a Comedy of Errors.

    Service DEpartment is a mess

    I bought a 2014 Pathfinder there. From the beginning, the service department was poor. We had two warranty repairs, and two recall repairs done, and in every case, we were told that the part was not there and needed to be ordered. Every time, it took a long time for parts to come in. Once, it took 5 months for a part. They messed up reassembling the steering wheel so it made a rubbing sound when you tried to turn. We took it back to the place three times, and each time the mechanics claimed that there was nothing wrong. It finally required a visit to the service manager, who finally addressed the problem and gave us a store credit as compensation.

    We brought a Nissan Sentra and had quite a few problems with it. This was the third car we brought fron Pearson Nissan in a year and half. We had problems with gas milages,ordo coming from dash ,heating system and air bag. Now even the sev manager smell this ordo and new the problem with gas milages i was always told that everything was working fine.I have work with Sam the floor manager,George the saleman and Jim the sev manager .These guys always gave it 100 % but for Pearson Nissan we will never buy another car from them or Nissan Company. I also took my daughter there to buy a car and was treated very bad from one of their managers that she left and brought a car from another dealership. Frank N

    This Is The Way All Car Dealers Should Be

    We have bought at least 5 new or pre-owned vehicles from Ocala/Pearson Nissan over the last 10 years. These folks know how to work a deal without always trying to get what's best for their bottom line. They will sacrifice a little to make sure you are getting what you want so you come back or tell someone else how well they treat you. Salesman David Ridgway is a great guy and treats you like an old friend or neighbor rather than just someone to make a sale with. He makes sure you are getting what is the best for you. No dealership is perfect but this place does whatever they can to be that way. Everything is explained and gone over and the payment calculations are right on the money when contemplating extra things to add on like warranties etc. There is no rush or pressure. Leslie is a great lady and takes care of the financial end of your deal like a friend. You usually also interact with the management and all those guys are friendly also. Had nothing but good experiences with the service department too. You can turn down the frills and they will still treat you like a valued customer. You ask a question and you get a solid answer.

    From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership until we left, every contact with the staff was a pleasurable experience. We had an appointment with Greg Carlew who was professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Even the test drive that Greg provided was beyond the usual. He made sure we experienced all types of terrain and different driving experiences which might occur. Our deal was straightforward and presented fairly with several options. It was car buying made easy. Throughout the entire process, everyone and I mean everyone at Pearson Nissan treated us as family. There was never any pressure. Greg and everyone at the dealership made this the best car buying experience ever. We purchased a Rogue and we are extremely happy. We highly recommend Greg Carlew and Pearson Nissan.

    Oil change 2006 titan

    Feb 26,2014 had my oil changed and drove my truck home on I-75 35miles only to find no oil showing on the dip stick. Had to add over 1 quart to get it to show in the very lowest safe level. Called service advisor and told him of the problem and he said the oil used was so thin it was hard to see.If you get your oil changed check it before you leave the dealership.

    I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Venza from Pearson Nissan. The sales staff were wonderful, especially Melvin, our main sales associate. The facility was beautiful and everyone was kind and willing to assist. It was refreshing to get quality service without the pressure. This dealership definitely got it right. Be sure to ask for Melvin if you decide to go and check out a new or used vehicle. This guy actually makes the customer feel comfortable with his knowledge and expertise.

    Amazingly unbelievable Sales and Service overall

    The absolute best sales guy on the face of the planet is JOHN PIATEK at Pearson Nissan in Ocala Florida. He was more than helpful! So much so, that after I bought my new Pathfinder, I had my husband go to John to look for a truck. The entire staff was amazing! John actually cared about us and listened to everything I had to say. It was obvious that my concerns were his concerns. He didn't try to push me away or rush me to go vet another sale. He was very patient and made it very easy to buy a new car. I needed a larger vehicle to hold my growing family and he didn't try to persuade me to get something else. He returned calls when he said he would and kept touching base with me without bugging me (pretty important when it comes to dealing with a salesman and me working Mon-Fri). Not only would I buy from John again.....I already have. My hubby was driving his new truck about a week after I got my Pathfinder! If you want a great experience, sales/managers/finance etc.....go see these people at Pearson Nissan in Ocala FL, ask for JOHN PIATEK as soon as you get there! You won't be disappointed!
