    I agreed to a test drive while picking my car up from the service department. Things really went down hill from there. I began to get high pressure tactics from the salesman which began with him pressuring me into filling out a credit application before I had even took the test drive. I was kind of tired from the work week (on a Friday) and did it. I took the test drive with him, and then he began having me fill out paperwork without even discussing numbers or wanting to let me negotiate on price. I had to get the laminated sticker out of the back seat to see the sticker price. I began asking him about going ahead and talking numbers, he said you will do that when you go back there, referring to the finance manager's office. That is not how a deal is normally done, the finance manager normally expects the numbers to be worked out. Overall, I got really burned on this deal due to a sneaky, underhanded sales process and just kind of being tired and not really to purchase that day. I made a mistake buying there that day. I love the car but not the fact that I bought from Palmer's. If you decide to buy from Palmer's Hyundai, watch what they do every step of the process! They will burn you if you don't.

    My new Hyundai Elantra limited

    This is the 3rd time I have bought a new car From Palmer's Hyundai. Their customer service is unsurpassed. Catharine Castaneda is Absolutely Amazing she called me to see if I was interested in trading my 2017 Elantra I told her I was not sure. She told me to think about it that she would put me with her best salesperson to addresses all my concerns. Because of Catharine and Rodrick Mitchell and Edward I was able to buy a beautiful 2019 CRIMSON TIDE RED Hyundai Elantra. They lowered my payment lowered my interest rate and saved me money. It was easy stress free and an enjoyable experience. Although I will keep this car I will always love Palmer's Hyundai in Mobile Alabama. SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW CAR go see Catharine Castaneda and Rodrick Mitchell (the man with the beard) you'll have the best car buying experience ever..

    Bait and switch

    Test drove a new. Asked for a different color. They never said the different color car was USED. High pressure tag teams blasted us over 6 hours. No lunch. Finally caved in. Learned a handshake is worthless. Never negotiated the used car price. Now they have made it so we can't put insurance on the car. They even faxed proof to my insurance that the car would be in both names. Title is in one name.

    Completely rude, still running our credit 3 days after saying we weren't interested, cig ash in our car from whomever test drove it. I called to let them know and they informed us they didn't even give us an actual salesperson, just "someone helping out for an event". So we had to deal with an asthma attack in our child because someone thought it was appropriate to smoke in a vehicle that wasn't theirs.

    I purchased a 2010 Lexus rx450h online. The dealership made the process extremely easy. I did it all via phone and email. Salesperson Josh was very efficient and followed up with all my emails and questions. The car i purchased was of the highest quality and the dealership made everything very clear - starting with the repair history and carfax on the vehicle. I used my own financing and had no pressure to upgrade anything or use their finance department. They even are going to detail the car before i pick it up , full tank of gas and are picking me up from the airport. I highly recommend this dealership.

    My vehicle was totaled out. I went to Hyundai to look around and found the perfect car. Terry explained the entire process and was more than willing to help me with everything. I lost my wallet between car shopping and he went above and beyond to help me find it. Because of this gentleman, I chose this dealership over the dealership in Pensacola and will recommend all of my friends and family to do the same! Thank you Terry and all of Palmers friendly staff!

    My fiance and I went into Hyundai not coming out to buy a car but just to look because we had been thinking about buying one. When I saw the 2016 Hyundai Tucson, I instantly starting looking at the exterior and its sunburnt color. One of the representatives came outside and saw I was so intrigued by the SUV so he asked me if I wanted to look into the inside, of course I said yes. From there on out, not only was my fiance and I given great service and felt important, they let us take a test drive and was friendly to us the entire time. Needless to say, we bought a car that day. And I absolutely love it.

    I went to Palmer's with my mother expecting to look at a few used vehicles to replace her vehicle after a wreck. Neil, a salesman, met us while we were outside. He showed us a few used vehicles, then showed us pricing on used vs new vehicles. We had no intention of buying a car that day, but the price on a new Hyundai Accent was right. It was a no pressure environment and everyone made you feel comfortable. Neil and Mark were great, and everyone else we met were very friendly. I can highly recommend Palmer's for how well they treated my mother as she bought her new vehicle. I will be returning to Palmer's and the same staff the next time I need a vehicle.
