    Not always honest

    Flew in to buy a vehicle, used Toyota, with a 1,000 mile drive home. Wanted to be sure the vehicle was what they said so had them take it to Toyota for a pre-purchase inspection. I’ve bought several vehicles this way without issue. Toyota noted roughly $1,000 worth of items needing to be addressed. I had $700 worth fixed at my expense and $125 was picked up by Owens for a battery. This was necessary in order for the Toyota dealer to do a valid inspection, battery was shot. No bargaining on my end, maybe I should have, but tires were mismatched and cracking. Yes I did ask about tires, was assured they guaranteed 6/32nds but barely. I also asked for several interior photos but they neglected several from a particular angle for a reason. There was significant damage, battery acid or something caustic, to the rear seat behind the driver. No photos of this area. So when I got there I asked but was somewhat pressed for time so I didn’t push the issue. Not sure what they would have done. They aren’t bad but they could have been a lot more honest and let the vehicle sell itself. They claimed everyone was lined up to buy but those that showed up probably didn’t want to deal with the issues. I also noted in their advertisement photos that some aftermarket stereo equipment had been removed prior to me picking it up. So all in all about what I’d expect from a used car dealer. Average at best but on the sly side.

    Everybody was kind and respectful. My car was fixed and also detailed as an extra. Took slightly longer to get it done than I thought it would take but had refreshments in the waiting room. Recommend OW.

    I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, but I’ve been cruising the lot about twice a week looking at the Range Rovers. I love that I can always count on Mr. Moore to assist me each time. He keeps up with my constant mind changes. You guys have a great guy on your hands.     We were in search of a new vehicle and we are so happy that we chose Owens Murphy. We had such a great experience on our test drive with Mr. Zachary he was very knowledgeable. I don’t think I have ever experienced a more thorough test drive than this one. He answered questions, showed us all the features that were available on the vehicle as well as a demonstration of the vehicle performance. David A and Angie S (helped me to get everything set up in the vehicle, and scheduled my first service) were also very helpful with locating vehicles for us to drive and assisting with making the right decision, landing us the biggest bang for the money. We decided on the 2019 Atlas. These individuals mentioned went the extra mile to make us very satisfied customers. We will not hesitate to become repeat customers. We received Phenomenal service and excellent customer care. Ray and Dustin thank you for spending time with us going over numbers and other products that are offered.     My car is making a thud sound when idleing

    My brakes are squeaking and they won't fix it because no lights are on to indicate a problem. It will die in gear and the display will reset itself for no reason.
