    This company sells used cars with bad ball joints, and when you try to talk to the used car sales manager (AJ) about it he doesn’t want answer your phone calls! They’re unprofessional business company, please don’t buy your cars from here!

    Bad costumer service!!

    Do not try buying a car here!! And, after reading other reviews, I’m glad it didn’t happen!! They only care about their money. About 2 months ago I was contacted asking if I was interested in upgrading my car. So I went up there and drove off the lot in my own car. I came back a second time, same thing. So now thinking 3rd times a charm again nothing.. Something has to be done! They cannot continue treating people this way! I was pre approved for a loan on another car. My lender has been trying to contact them. They have not returned any off her calls, and have not faxed any information that she has requested. I feel like I’ve been tossed aside in hopes that I’ll just go away. I really don’t know what else to say. However, I would like to recognize Josh Porcher.. He has been the ONLY person that seems like he truly cares about helping people!! Oh and by the way.. Your given warm bottled water while you wait around up there. Its over 100 degrees outside guys!! At least refrigerate your water!!!

    DON’T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This place has absolutely gone downhill since Orr taking over! I bought my car, and was talked into buying the $5,000 extended warranty. The computer in my car is going out and Orr refused to fix it. I even have a video of the General Manager, Dominic Salazar, telling me he knows he is giving me my car back with it being unsafe to drive. He further stated, that he would absolutely not, put himself nor his kids, in my car, because he knows it’s unsafe to drive. What kind of GM, or human being, gives someone a car, knowing it’s unsafe to drive?!? These people only care about selling people cars. If you can’t or do not want to buy a car from them, they couldn’t care less about you, your safety, or your business. I had to take my car to another dealership to be fixed. Which they diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I wish Fenton bought it back! Ugh!!

    Orr Nissan west plays games after the sale

    Orr Nissan west is playing games. I purchased my car from them a month ago. I was promised an additional key fob, leather seats, and tinted windows. A week later I took my car in to get the seats changed and the tint done. They completed the seats but in the process screwed up my seat warmers and forgot to tint the windows. I took my car back for them to fix the seat warmers and get the tint done and that took a week. Mind you this whole time calling twice a week asking about the key fob I was promised. 2 weeks after purchasing the car I finally get the seats and tent straightened out (mind you the tint they did doesn’t even match the tint on the rest of the car that already had tent!) and they are still playing games about the key fob. I was told they originally ordered the wrong fob and had to now order the right one. Fast forward to today, 4 weeks after purchase, still no key fob. Called again and we’re being told it’s still not in. Where did they order this fob? Japan? You’re telling me a Nissan dealership with a service department doesn’t have key fobs in stock for a 2018 vehicle? This whole expierence has been a joke. Someone’s playing games. Not sure if it’s the sales manager or the service manager but enough is enough. If you want to have to jump through hoops to get anything done that was promised to you when you purchase a vehicle, then buy your car from Orr Nissan West!

    Not to be trusted especially with taking responsibility for loosing their own titles and holding the customer accountable for their own discrepancies. Orr Nissan West lost the original title and the sales manager Doug refused to allow us to pick up the certified copy in person. And insisted to send it out and their courier lied about its delivery as to where it was delivered. Doug insisted that I look for it on our property. I found it 1 1/2 miles down the road in the mud, ran over around 6:30 at night, but so did 4 coyotes. I had to run for my life because I had no way to defend myself and managed to fall twice badly bruising my leg according to Mercy Hospital. Doug refused to return any of our phone calls and in our opinion mislead Nissan USA that he or the store manager Dominic would. Dominic, when contacted refused to help concerning the situation that they created to begin with. Our biggest mistake and only way to have avoided this situation was giving Orr Nissan West a chance thinking that they were anything like Fenton Nissan. All the store manager Dominic said was “We’re sorry that happened” and refused any responsibility. In my opinion perhaps their motto for Orr Nissan West should be “break anyone’s leg to make a sale at any cost “.

    Horrible Experience

    My girlfriend bought a car from them over Thanksgiving weekend. On the way home, the MAF sensor went out, which they finally paid for, over a month later, and only after a negative review. It is now the end of January, and they sent her an unsigned title, so we get to drive all the way back from Colorado to pick this up THREE MONTHS LATER, just so she can have it before deployment!! Stay away, this dealership has gone downhill since the ownership change.

    Beware

    So I had been watching the Mitsubishi Outlander GT AWD VIN: JA4JZ4AX0EZ002843 on CarGurus for a few weeks now. As soon as I enquired about the vehicle the price went up from $14,598 to $14,998. Then I was called and emailed about the great deals at Orr Nissan West and how you guys wanted to help me find a car. I finally headed your way yesterday, all the while a small voice telling me to turn around. I kept going sitting in traffic making a 15 minute trip that nearly took an hour, because I was hopeful that I might get this vehicle at a reasonable price. As soon as I got out of my car Nathan approached me and brought me in to see you, as that is who I had told him I was there to see. Long story short, the vehicle was now priced at nearly $17,000.00 and Nathan proposed an offer of $4000.00 down and $425.00 a mo. for 72 mo. You do the math. Needless to say I walked out, not very happy and thoroughly disgusted I might add. What is that 100% interest?! I’ll be sure to let everyone know how my experience went with this dealership. Pretty pathetic actually.
