    Issues with service: It all began quite simply. A basic service for my F150 along with recall work. I dropped the truck off at 1pm for a 2pm appointment. And after not hearing anything, I called at 5:40pm to find that the service department had closed. A salesman confirmed that the truck was done, and upon hearing that I was going out of town, offered to get the truck for me. I declined, and picked up the truck the next morning with no notice from service. The same Wednesday evening that I wasnt contacted, I sent the Service Manager (Will Peyton) and General Manager (Mark Grin) an email (see attached). That email had my phone numbers, email address, etc for contact. I simply let them know that it was a pretty big miss in my books. I let 5 days pass, with neither even acknowledging my email. And was prompted by a request for feedback, reached out to both of them again, letting them know that I was about to leave feedback. This prompted Mark Grin to call and text me. Shortly after, I received an email from the Service Manager, Will Peyton in ALL CAPS telling me that he had tried to contact me 3 times (see attached). However, after checking my personal and business phone logs, determined this was not true. In fact, Mr. Peyton made no attempt to contact me through my work number, or even to respond to the email until I indicated I would be leaving feedback. The initial miss here, was simple service. The bigger miss, was failing to respond to my initial note. And the biggest miss... nobody, absolutely nobody at O'Brien has ever apologized or taken any ownership. I even asked them to let me know if their call logs showed an attempt at contact - but nothing was presented. I thought about posting this a few times. Initially I thought, this is a pretty small deal, I will just let this go. And in fact, it is. But for, when I went back today to review the correspondence, there has been absolutely no empathy at all. Just seems like they want to point the finger at me. They have lost my business. I will continue to tell this story as well. I do hope that others have great experiences at O'Brien. However, I have not. Treat your customers like you would like to be treated. That isn't much to ask.
