BUYER BEWARE: RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND DISHONEST!
by Jim from Silverado | March 23, 2019

These guys are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional, ESPECIALLY BEN! I paid $44,000 CASH for a 2015 Ford Transit, which included registration fees with the DMV. Before I completed the transaction, I asked Ben TWICE if the van had been smogged. He assured me that it had. Two weeks later, I get a letter saying that they're having trouble completing the registration because they actually had NOT smogged it, which was their responsibility by California LAW! They told me they'd pay me $50 to go get it smogged myself. One small problem, the van needed the battery replaced, which wiped out all the smog test parameters in the ECU, so it wasn't even capable of passing a smog test until I wasted time and gas driving it around 200 miles just to get the computer reset so it would pass a smog test. They were unwilling to pay me anything for all my time, inconvenience, and gas to do the job they were required to do BY LAW before they even sold it to me. I finally was able to get the smog test done for them... which I shouldn't have had to do. The smog test cost me $58.00 Ben wanted me to mail him a copy of the test and the receipt, which I did. About a week later, Norco Truck Center sent the registration sticker, but no check to reimburse me for having to pay for the smog test out of my own pocket. I've sent three emails to BEN asking where my reimbursement for the smog test was... which again, was promised to me in writing. Ben has chosen to simply ignore me. If this is the way a licensed car dealer treats a customer who pays them $44,000 CASH for a car, fails to have the car smogged as required by California law, lies about it, and then fails to even honor their written promise to reimburse me for the smog test that I shouldn't have even had to worry about in the first place, don't expect them to treat you any better. There's a good reason Norco Truck Center has so many one-star reviews! I will be filing a formal complaint with the DMV on this business (Consumer Complaint K-35 Form), The Better Business Bureau, the AQMD, and warning potential buyers what they can expect from Norco Truck Center. SHADY, SHODDY, RUDE, AND DISHONEST!

    Overpriced and bad customer experience
by Al from Palm Desert, CA | August 21, 2018

I recently stopped in to look at a Ford Transit 350. The advertised price was too high for the vehicle but I figured that I would check it anyway and hopefully negotiate a fair price with them. After seeing the vehicle in person it was obvious that the vehicle needed a LOT of reconditioning (all of the plastic was severely faded and there was a large dent on the rear of vehicle) so I pointed out these issues to the "salesman" and he just stood there with a blank stare on his face. I made a fair offer given the vehicle's condition and nothing: none of the usual "let's see if we can make a deal" or anything like that. I just got in my vehicle and left, shaking my head. Good luck to anyone who deals with these guys!

by Francisco from Temecula, CA | June 26, 2018

I came looking for a couple of trucks for my business and i found exactly what i was looking for i bought three units for my business i would have almost double the amount if i would have bought new...they allowed me to take the vehicles out to the franchise dealer and some things needed to be fixed so they took care of those little details got me commercial financing and i was pretty much on my way I recommend this dealer no doubt they have a huge inventory you just have to do your own due diligence...

    Ridiculously overpriced!
by Surfdauggie from Tulsa, OK | May 14, 2018

Inquired about an 07’ gold Sprinter passenger van that they want $24,995. The van is from Illinois and looks good at first, but has leaks in the roof either from the broken ac cover or the rear upper break light above the rear cargo doors, stains on the rear part of the interior ceiling, the roof ac cover is cracked and broken, parts of the Undercarriage are rusted, probably from the sódium in the Illinois roads for 9-10 years, and have been spot painted over to hide the rust. As well, the van would not start without a jump, probably from sitting, not a big deal. And finally, the van has been on their lot since November, if I recall correctly...is it any wonder. Another dealer has a 2013, that has been in Ca all its 5-6 years, only 30k miles and is only $13k more. With all due respect, price the van appropriately...please!

    Horrible customer service
by Bryan from Las Vegas | September 13, 2017

The place is run down. Customer service is horrible. They barely even acknowledge your presence. I bought a mini van there. The dealership filled out the title incorrectly. Now they refuse to lift a finger to fix their mistake. I still can't register the vehicle. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In fairness the price was good. That's the only positive I have to say.

by Gabe from Norco Ca | November 20, 2016

I live up the street so I stopped by to make an offer on a truck that has been on there lot for over a year, I ask the sales guy if the price was negotiable and he said did you not understand the price? that's the price if you are not interested in that price then don't waste my time I'm very busy. He then walked away from me. lol unbelievable no wonder there trucks are there so long.

    No nonsense sales
by spencer from Simi Valley, CA | June 14, 2016

This place has tons of work trucks! Well worth my long drive. Price and vehicle was as advertised. My sales guy was great... No nonsense sale, no high pressure to buy. It did take a while to get the quote for financing but that is my only complaint. FYI they don't do trade-in or at least not when I was there... To much inventory.
