    4 hrs. Offered cash for price. Very condescending

    I called for 4 hours today about a used car I wanted to purchase. I Talked to 3 different people with sales manager titles to inquire about the emails and /or phone calls I had not received and they replied by assuming I don't know how to check my inbox or spam... each time I called. It became a tech call on how to check my email and I didn't appreciate that. I called 4 times total, waiting an hr for an email checking all folders and calls, nothing. Lastly asked for the head manager, because I could not believe the disregard. I was willing to head 140 miles to come get the car immediately, I just wanted some info. Because a cheap price doesn't always mean quality car. What's wrong with it? Why is it $3000 less than average? Well, it all feels more shady now. All of them very defensive and condescending. All of them struck me as individuals, with the same complacent attitude, that if you don't buy it someone else will. Don't waste your time! Ive had better service at a gas station. I offered cash and couldn't get any information or a call back or a single email. Total waste of my time don't waste yours. I wrote this to prevent any fellow friends from experiencing this same encounter.
