    They Lied To Me!

    Nothing that they told me was the truth!!! I had toxic poisoning and have stage 4 Cancer when I was in the dealership and needed to get out of the van I was driving because it was full of gas and making me sick. I trusted them to make me the right deal and they took advantage of my condition. They added things without telling me and knew I was not in the right state of mind to read it all. When I found out I canceled the extended warranty and maintenance they added without asking me if I wanted it. They never filed the paper work with the company that holds the policy. I talked to corporate and they said they would make sure it was done, never happened. Still working on it months later and the people holding the warranty will not cancel it without the dealership. Sounds like a scam to me, but hey what do I know?

    Horrible Customer Service

    This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of purchasing a Kia I would highly recommend NOT going to Napleton Northlake Kia. There customer service is absolutely horrible. Run ... don't walk as far from this dealership as you can!

    Napleton's is the kind of dealership we wish all car dealers were like. Every associate we spoke with, from the chat internet rep, (the internet sales manager, the salesman, the finance manager, the dealership assistant manager) to the dealership manager, were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their Service Department was also outstanding with an on time appointment, quick friendly service and a free car wash. I am very satisfied with the price of my car and with the way Napleton's does business. They will have mine from now on.

    Unhappy Customer who feels ripped off

    What they had on the paperwork when the deal was being put together and verbal promises regarding the whole deal were not kept. There are 3 components of my deal that are very shady and unacceptable. I verbalized two of those issues to someone who called me from there. I also discovered a charge that I have no idea why is included in my lease payments. I called finance several times and as of now have not received a return phone call. I regret that I did not just walk out the the once I discovered the first 2 issues.

    Beware of FINANCE DEPT.

    Had an issue with Finance Dept unscrupulous practices and have left General Manager Steve several messages and have not received a call back. This is my third car I have leased from the Napleton Group, each time the Finance Dept tries to add on items at the very end without your knowledge. BEWARE!
