    Disappointing

    Saw a used Miata online over the weekend and went to look at the vehicle on Sunday when they were closed. I emailed stating interest in the vehicle and was promptly called on Monday morning. I discussed a few paint scratches and later in the afternoon came to an agreement on price. I stated I would place a $500 deposit and pick up the car on Friday as I was out of town in St Louis till Thursday night. I said I just wanted to do a quick test drive to make sure all was fine, but we were good to go. The dealer said they would not hold the car for me even with the deposit. The internet sales contact, Heather tried to save the deal, so I passed on another vehicle. I waited for an email in the morning and then when I received it was told the car was sold. Can't say I have ever had a dealer treat me like that. I feel bad as the internet sales person really stayed with it the whole way through so very disappointed in her manager.

    Buying a car is a stressful and time consuming process. Don't add to that stress by coming to a place where the staff is incompetent and doesn't honor their deals. My wife and I spent four hours here Friday and finally agreed on a deal for a Mazda. We shook on the deal, signed a bunch of paperwork, and I left to get a check from the bank. We were signing the final papers and figuring out a time to drop off the title for our trade in, when the disheveled "salesman" abruptly stood up and left to talk with a manager. After a lengthy conversation, he returned and said he couldn't honor the deal that we shook on. He said there was some confusion between him and the manager. So I spoke to the manager and reminded them a deal is a deal and that a handshake is supposed to mean something. But he just described it as a "mix-up" that was outside his control. He said he would rather save a couple hundred buck selling it to auction than take the deal they had agreed to. I guess his reputation isn't worth much.

    Service is Horrible

    Came into the dealership to have two open recalls done. I also asked Jeff the service manager to have someone looks at the cars idle problem. He said no problem but we will charge toy 148 dollars diaognastic fee. Jeff called me later in the day to tell me I need new pcv valve and hoses. He said about 3 hours labor plus parts. Altogether around $560. He said he will order the parts and have the repair done on Saturday. Saturday comes around and I call to see when I can pick up my car. They told me that my car isn't a priority. They will get to it on Monday. I asked to speak to Brian the general manager. He calls me back to tell me that he has to witnesses that state I was never promised my car back on Saturday. They get to it on Monday. Monday comes around and one of the parts they ordered is bad. Jeff calls me to tell me he might have it finished later in the day. Finally I get the car back and drive it two days before the check engine comes back again. I call Jeff to come in and have them check it out. He tells me he's to busy to help. Long Story Short Stay Away From This Dealership.

    Test driving a used vehicle

    I test drove a car that was told had several options that it DID NOT. Found a few things that I thought were wrong with the vehicle 1 of which was a lifter tick. But the most pertinent thing I noticed was a rust bubble that I pointed out to the sales manager and his reply to me was...” that’s why it’s called a used car”...which I replied...”NOT FOR 20 GRAND” needless to say this was a 2013 and I had looked at several at other dealers and they were in much better shape...all I can say is they seem to just be interested in making the sale rather than honest and fair sales...definitely won’t go back!

    Buyer Beware

    My husband and I purchased a 2018 CX-5 and were told MULTIPLE times by Sean the sales person that it had XM radio we would get 6 months free and we would get real time traffic... as I'm leaving in the car I said "hey it's not letting me select XM" and Sean tells me "oh it might take a few days" call again a week later when it doesn't show up and by this point my husband has received multiple calls from them because they want us to take their survey, on one of the calls from Will he tells us "call XM they might need to trigger it" then we call XM and are told the car doesn't even have an XM box, called back and Will said "I'll look into this and hangs up" no return call, so I call again a week later and speak to Brian (Sean's boss) who tells me the trim I got doesn't have XM capability and that I can't add it and he says he will call Sean to see what happened and call me back, another week goes by and no call, so I call back again, and am told by Brian that Sean says he was supposed to call me... basically I was sold a $27,000 car and told it had features that it didn't and that can't be added and I get no apology, no question of "what can we do to make up for our mistake" .... needless to say their customer service is HORRIBLE they continued to harass you to buy a car or to take their survey but if you try to get answers from anyone there it's crickets. I get things happen but it's how you respond to them that matter and no follow up no return calls and no question of what they can do to help make it right was horrible.... a genuine apology from the Sean who KNOWS what that he promised that feature with the car and maybe offer an oil change or another upgraded feature would have went a long way.... instead they just ignored us.

    Gorgeous new facility, friendly and helpful staff. The Mazda product has come a long way, I was extremely impressed with the CX-5 and the entire experience from start to finish. Definitely would recommend checking them out!

    I had a wonderful time buying my car here. Very courteous, friendly and honest. I took it for a test drive and loved it. In a half an hour I was done and they offered to fix 2 scratches on my car ( one of which they noticed and I hadn't) and shampoo and detail it for me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
