    Worth the drive!

    I saw an 2016 Outback on cars.com. I inquired if it was available. I was informed it was available so I made the drive. Sure enough, it was there. Josh had it waiting for me to test drive. He helped me get the carseat situated and took the keys for the trade so they could evaluate while I was on the test drive. Upon my return, I told him lets write it up. He told me what my car was worth, asked if that would work and then we went over all of the numbers before they went for financing. He wanted to make sure that it was what I was willing to do before proceeding. I told him we were good. He set out to find me the best rate, kept me informed the whole time and when it was all said and done, I was very happy. As an added bonus, I had my very active toddler with me and everyone that saw her took time to wave, say hi and make sure we were good. Keith in finance was quick but very thorough with the paperwork so we could get on our way back home. Josh helped me transfer the items I packed up from the old car to the new one, showed me a couple things on the car and thanked me for my business. I would not hesitate to make the drive to Milnes again and deal with Josh. Seriously, he is honest, diligent and straight forward. He appreciated and valued my time but didn't waste a minute of it.

    On recommendation from my wife, I took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to have it detailed at Milnes Ford. I was amazed on how great it looked when I picked it up. Dylan Leppek worked magic on my vehicle!

    The service manager, Dave Lucas and his staff, did an excellent job on servicing my vehicle. The service work was completed in a very timely manner and everything is working great since that time. I would highly recommend the service department of Milnes Ford.

    Worst warranty service I've ever witnessed

    They did an oil change wrong overfilled the oil which caused plugs and coil to go bad from oil flooding into the air filter duct and passing through the throttle body then expected it to be paid for when they caused the problem and didn't fix it correctly twice they had the vehicle for two weeks all together

    I buy nothing but Ford trucks. I never shopped at Milnes before. I had a good experience. The salesman Kase came right out the door to greet me. He was very helpful. Still Ford tough!

    Absolutely loved our shopping experience at Milnes Ford! The salesman Kase Spinney was such a delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable but never pressured us! The only negative is that Kase is married. I have a granddaughter that could use a sweetheart like him!

    Cody was very helpful and got us exactly what we wanted, a blue 2017 Escape, even though he had to get it from Brighton, Mi. We love it and it's affordable too!
