    I have been driving and buying cars for over 40 years. Service center is the worst. Dropped off for scheduled oil change. All 4 black polo shirt men ignored me. No hello, be with you in a minute or welcome. They continued to look at their computer screens for several minutes. Finally one person asked if they could help me. 5 hours later oil change still not complete. Had to pick up the car the next day. At pick up more ignoring and no greeting. These black polo shirt men neither appreciate nor need my business. I will never come back. None of employees have name tags or cards. Unable to identify by name.

    A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, YET VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND NOT ALOT OF MONEY SPENT. THE SERVICE MANAGER EXPLANED MINOR PROMBLEMS BUT NEVER PRESSURED ME TO FIX THEM AT THE PRESENT TIME, MAKING ME FEEL IN CONTROL OF MY PURCHASE.

    Buyers beware

    Buyers beware! Ended up having to get lemon law lawyers involved from the vehicle I purchased from Mike Castrucci. Luckily, they sided with me and I am getting some reimbursement ($5,000) for the lemon that they sold me and then didn’t want to fix their problem! I strongly encourage you to find a different dealer to purchase from! For those writing reviews about their horrible customer service, maybe you should look into the lemon laws, too.

    Used car made right

    Went in to buy a car on sunday a week ago. Decided on a malibu, I was roughly an hour away with bad weather (snow) asked for 500 off price was told it shouldn't be a problem. Found out it was just dropped 1,000 so that couldnt happen. I understood and still went for the buy as it still was a good price. Got home found out it had one key, once i contacted the dealership they made sure to correct the situation since I was not aware of single set of keys. After I recieved the keys by mail instead of driving back, Lou my salesman immediately responded when I let him know I recieved the key, even though it was outside of normal business hours. Kudos to the Mike Castrucci team for making sure to provide great customer satisfaction.

    They had my truck for a month for a lower engine rebuild. I know it was a large job but I was not kept up to date on what was going on every time I called was told something different on the time it would be finished. When I did get it back a day later the check engine light came on so I took it back and the tech said there was no problem with the truck and did not fix it. I’m not sure what to do now

    I had a exceptional experience with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. I’ve been in the market for a Z06 for the past few months and have been shopping around online and also visiting certain dealers. Having been a past customer, Rich and Kevin made the purchase quick and painless. I knew what I was willing to pay and also the value of my trade. Rich streamlined the process and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Kevin was great in making sure the car was perfect for delivery, and I drove off - very fast - a super happy customer. Thanks again for such a great experience. I will definitely recommend MCC to family and friends!
