    Today got my first Mercedes at this dealership. I was impressed with their inventory! They have all models New and Used any option for you to choose. The sales associate was very polite and no pushy at all. I had my own financing through my bank and it was easy to work with them. Overall a great experience.

    Don't buy tires from here. They do not dismount tire looking for defects when tires are 5 mo old with less then 200 miles on them. Shaking steering wheel when brought in service writer claimed since car sat a couple of weeks probably Tire flat spots tires 5 mo. Old. 200 miles on tires. Dealer won't replace or really check for defects. Mfg wants consumers to pay to replace their defective tires. Continental extreme contact dws06 bws xl. 17 days to get what should be wty looked at. They claim since I mentioned I was out of town flat spots since car sat two to 3 wks. They forced balanced asked me to pick up I refused. I had to contact mfg who wanted to talk to dealer here's what they offered. Up grade tires and pay additional tire cost for a tire they have in stock or pay several hundred dollars to replace tires with another set of what they already put on that are defective. Mercedes is not standing behind a warranty they are road force balancing to push the issue aside and hope their one year wty runs out. Virtually Mercedes does not stand behind warranty like the outside tire dealers do. They did not Inform us they were not putting like for like on our vehicle. They did not inform us the tires previously on vehicle sizing was different from orig mfg specs. They never brought it to our attention and discussed sizing or got approval to put like size back on. Service Mgr apologizes his hands are tied. Beware they are very aware low profile tires they sale get flat spots but they do not disclose it to you till you bring them back then they say that's common. I am supposed to go to my garage every day or every other day and roll my car around. Read reviews people who use these as daily drivers are getting them too. These mfg and dealers need to be held accountable for ripping consumers off. If they won't take care of tire issues don't trust them with your repairs.

    this was unbelievable experience with service after we bought new G 63 in Aug, 2018. They didn’t even change the oil on A1 service pre paid maintenance..and of course they said omg this never happened to us, this was one big nightmare experience, this is not Benz!!! something was wrong with car (manufacturing-not big of a deal-but they lying like they paying for it.., took them good 10 months to figure out simple things and fix it...) The funniest thing is that service manager and service advisor still working there.. Good luck everyone!

    I walked out!

    Test drove a Jeep, was not impressed with the customer service. Walked out, but still wanted the car. I called the very next day to have someone else help me. Never received a call back. (I had the approval from my back ready to go to minimize having to deal with the sales people) Later as I was telling the world of my experience I learn I’m not the only one with terrible experience at this dealership. Shocking!!! I mean the guy was on a dating app while on my test drive. Not making it up!! Listen that’s ok I will find a car somewhere else no harm on my side. Now for the delarships end I will never buy from them, I would never recommend them and now you have a bad review which people do read. Reputation is everything in this new digital world.

    I came into the dealership to test drive a vehicle I saw on Cars.com! I didn't make a purchase, but was highly impressed by the overall atmosphere of the dealership!     Ask for Arnold Lim. I contacted Arnold through email to ask about a used car. It was not a Benz, and probably cost 30k to 50k less than the average vehicle sold here, but Arnold treated me like I was his best customer and helped me work out a deal that was more than fair. I had just had my car stolen and was dealing with that stress as well, but Arnold made everything on his end effortless. I noticed a few salesman of the year trophies in his office while we were discussing the details. I'm not at all surprised. A true professional and a pleasure to work with.
