    This is our first experience with Massey Yardley. We took our car in for an oil change and the oil filler cap was apparently left loose which we noticed after we saw an oil puddle under the car in the garage. Fast forward two weeks later and we still have oil showing up on the garage floor which I'm assuming is the oil still dripping off a hot engine . the only problem is this was a brand new car with not a spot on it and now it's got oil all over the engine which Massey Yardley said they would clean up. So now here I am today trying to get in touch with the service manager, which apparently is an impossibility. Either they won't pick the phone up or I'm just being put on a hold forever with nobody responding . To top it off I find out that there is a recall on my car. The person (female) I spoke with to try to arrange service tried to rush me off the phone without even listening to what I had to say regarding the recall or even what kind of car we own. So my first impressions of Massey Yardley is about as negative as it gets. I would have given them a zero rating except there is no 0 on the scale.

    Was greeted by Jamaica Mike upon arrival at the dealership with a big smile and friendly demeanor. Mr. Mike skillfully and thoughtfully guided me through the car selection and buying process. His attention to every detail of the process was outstanding. He made me feel like a valued customer whose business and trust were important to him. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Mike to my family and friends for their next vehicle purchase.
 
 I drove 50 miles to this dealership because the Fiat salesman in West Palm Beach near my home did not follow through with providing me information on the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
