  "BAD CREDIT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN'T BUY A CAR. What do you need to get an auto loan with bad credit?" filled out credit application and was told that my credit is too poor. DON'T advertise that you can provide credit when you can't.

  I recently purchased my first car from MCJ Auto Sales of Central Florida. I came all the way from Philadelphia because that is how much I trust this company. I was helped by JP who was very informative, kind, and very helpful. He made the entire process smooth, quick, and very much enjoyable. He would go out of his way to explain details about the purchase as well the different functions of the car. JP would also recommend to visit St. Augustine on the way back to Philadelphia, which my fiance and I did with a true pleasure and we are truly grateful for that advice. I greatly recommend JP and MCJ Auto Sales to anyone who wants a professional yet very friendly way of purchasing a car.

  Useless inspection and warranty

  I was very excited about the 2011 Nissan Pathfinder and after negotiations, I decided to purchase. I have had the vehicle about 3 weeks. MCJ claims to put vehicles through a pre-sale check, but I am worried they don't actually do any maintenance when they find issues. In the first week owning the vehicle I had to replace the rear brakes ($100). The second week, I replaced all 3 wipers ($35). I noticed a sour smell the third week, so I replaced the cabin air filter ($37). For this I took pictures. Found a bunch of foam padding in the cabin filter and housing that had deteriorated and was falling apart that seems to be creating the smell from the a/c. So will have to have that cleaned out(more $) And now the rear suspension clanks overs little bumps (even more $$). None of the repairs are covered under their 90 day warranty, which is actually a 3rd party "LIMITED POWERTRAIN" with a $250 deductible. I really hope this car lasts, I paid over $11,000. Time will tell, but I am doubting my decision already. I contacted them about the brakes and they could only "help me out" if I brought it to them. I live over and hour and a half away, just didn't make sense.

  Lies lies lies

  when I bought the vehicle it had several issues only two were taken care of then I was told that I could not come back for anything else no oil change no filter rotted spark plugs coil packs dead no front shocks Etc will never come back nor recommend anyone

  Dealership is good but finance is a NIGHTMARE

  I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper from MCJ. Kevin (salesman) was good. Signed all the docs and left with the car in under two hours. That part was great. But their finance company (Allied) requires some kind of a welcome interview and LITERALLY CALLED ME 23 TIMES IN TWO DAYS. To make matters worse, when I didn't answer, the dealership started calling me. I work in an office, for lawyers, I can't just pick up my cell phone and take a call. Tried to call back twice, they were closed. Third time I call, the chick I'm talking to hangs up on me after I asked her how much longer it was going to take because this "it'll take two minutes" phone call had already taken 10 and reminded her that I could be terminated for the personal call! So somehow apparently if you don't do this welcome interview, the deal isn't done with the financing (please explain that to me because I signed all the docs at the dealership, they have $750 cash, and I provided all the docs they requested to verify my income - so they have absolutely everything. I've never had the actually talk to a finance company on the phone - even when I bought a frickin Lincoln MKX from a Lincoln dealership! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the dealership unless you have cash to buy a car outright.
