    Finally found an honest salesman

    My friend bought a car from James Cianciolo of Blasius and had such a good experience she wanted me to post a review for her since she doesn't know how to do it. She said it was the first time she had a good car buying experience because it was the first time she met a salesman who didn't act like a salesman. He made her feel like he was looking out for her best interest. He was personable and professional and truly cared.

    Damaged our Camaro

    So on 11/14/19 my bf went to get his camaro serviced (oil change) the people at blasius cracked the front lip of the car, took off a big chunk off the rim which also slashed the tire. At first the staff were very upfront about what happened because it was such an obvious and big damage they caused. They said the rim could be fixed, said the tire was “ok” and were going to be replacing the front lip of the car.... and so the nightmare begun. When my bf contacted the guy that was supposed to fix his rim he was asked for $150 to get it fixed (the rim guy was extremely rude as well).The front lip was replaced within a week but he just got his rim fixed elsewhere (RIDICULOUS considering the damage was done by Blasius and they should have paid for this), they STILL did not want to replace the damaged tire that go for about $400 a pop. To add to all this madness NOBODY was getting back to my bf he had to continue calling for days/weeks and always got the same “I’ll call you back” turns out when they FINALLY decided to look at the tire they noticed that the car had all season tires in the front and SUMMER tires in the back (these tires were also done by Blasius) my bf asked to get all season tires in the back considering he cant even drive on a dusting of snow and he got the run around for days until he was told that having 2 types of tires is “safe” and they couldn't do anything for him except sell him new tires for $300/ea!After all this xxxxxxxx we’ve had to deal with he just wanted to get the money to his maintenance plan back because he wants NOTHING to do with Blasius however they wont do that either.... It breaks my heart to see how much he loves this car and the stress he’s been under all because these people at Blasius have done such a HORRIBLE job at rectifying the situation THEY CAUSED!....They refuse to help him after the damage they cause to his car and the tire mishap so I feel i should share our experience with everyone out there because nobody deserves to experience the stress we have had to experience this holiday season and a place with people like that does not deserve your business. The least that these people could have done was to follow up with him even if they didn't have an answer for him regarding the issue because THAT would have given us a little peace of mind... knowing that someone was actually trying to help us.) I have posted pictures of the damage on FB and yelp for those who would like to see what they did.

    I had purchased a car on Fri. Nov. 8th. The experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. I guess I'm very nieve thinking people were honest and caring.. I had asked for a copy of the Carfax a day or two after the purchase; I still do not have that. I had requested the Retail Purchase Order on the car and don't have that either. Finance was no help what so ever.. I asked if that's the best he could do. My credit was very good to excellent and I dropped a hefty deposit. I was told "it doesn't always go that way". And I was foolish enough to sit and still purchase the car. While the sales person was putting on plates he noticed a crack on the front trim. His words " oh detailing should be able to take care of that". He still hasn't gotten back to me on that.. I now have a concern with the car as I am not familiar with the CVT transmission.. Hoping the service department is better. The commercial says it's all about the customer. Well this customer has gotten nothing but a run around..
