    went there need a car after finding one,sat down stated finance well after 2 hours was told i had no credit now i do have 543 not the best did have 400 down and a co signer with good.so waiting another 2 hours told try another car now the first one was only 3900,they told us could get in to a car for 7,000 so we waited.well after more time came back and said we couldn't get it .but if we wanted a car for 10,000 up we could so ya no help we walk after 5 hours.my daughter that did buy from them said she never will again

    Best experience I've ever had buying a new car. Neal was very pleasant to work with and was very thorough showing me all the features of the new car. After the transaction was complete, I did question the value I received for my trade-in, but Neal and Wayne helped me understand this and was willing to accept my suggestion to include this conversation up front during the buying process so that customers can make a more informed decision about trading in their vehicles.

    I bought a used 2010 Ford Explorer Sports Model 4x4 Pickup that was as clean as a brand new one. Nick saws our sales rep. He did an excellent job for us.
 
 We accomplished this transaction on a Saturday morning inabout 3 hours. Nick delivered it to us on Tyee Roadin less than one hour. 
 
 We hooked up to a 12 ft Cargo Trailer one day later and pulled it back to our house in Arroyo Grande, Ca. 700 plus miles. No problems. Trailer was empty and we only got about 13.5 miles to the gallon. We expected better, Hopefully we will do at least that well when we go back to Oregon with a loaded Trailer. And maybe we will get much closer to the advertised highway rate of 19miles/gallon when not pulling the trailer.
