    Worst service ever

    I serviced my car on 11/9. The service advisor came and told me I needed new wiper blades. I told him the wiper blades were replaced by them recently so I was given defective wiper blades. He check and told me I was correct. After the service was done he bought the invoice to the cashier. He never told me what he did or did not do for the service. The cashier swiped my credit card and when I was signing the invoice I realized it was for a different customer. The cashier told the service advisor and he came back and just said to refund me the amount I was overcharged for. He did not even apologize for the mixed up. On Sunday 11/11 I went to start my car and the battery was dead, the advisor John never told me if my battery was still good or not. On Tuesday 11/12 I went to start my car after leaving work and the battery was dead again. I called the service department and spoke to the same cashier I had on Saturday to tell her about my car not starting, she transferred me to speak with the service advisor Mike Mazor but no one answered the phone. I had to get someone to give me a jump and that made me late to pick up my kids from school. I am very frustrated because I never had any issue with my car before I went to get it serviced.

    Beware of price switching

    They dont stand behind their pricing and they play games. Price that was given to us certified was $26K when we went to buy the car it was actually $28K. They added $1995 to certify the car which was not told to us before. We have bought a certify Hyundai before and no dealer has ever charged for certifying a car. While we were there we asked to talk to the manager and he said he was too busy. This is why car dealerships get a bad name.

    Mike Mazor (i cant remember his last name) was phenomenal. If only ALL car dealerships dealership has this kind of employee, business will flourish. He left a VM and was very apologetic that he cannot finish both recalls. I called back and guaranteed that around 10-10:30 am the next day the car will be available for pick up. He was detailed on the what needs to be done in the next few months. Such as needing front tires although it is not immediate but advised that for safety concern specially the winter season new tires need to be replaced and guaranteed again that all the service requested will be finished on time. Following morning around 10:15 i got the call from Mike and informed that the car is ready for pick up. I was not expecting that he will be on the dot. Usually from my previous experience car dealerships will give you a lot of excuses for the delay and will let you wait for a few more hours or the whole day and later will find out that not all request are properly handled and will require you again to stop by and require you to pay additional charges. But Mike and the whole service staff of lenstoler ford are fabulous and par excellence! That's why i keep on returning to your dealership because of OUTSTANDING and PHENOMENAL customer service.
