    Could not make the deal. Truck was way overpriced

    The dealership was not a very good choice. I tried to buy a used truck but they were not willing to try and deal with me. Truck was way over priced. I could have bought a new one for what they wanted for the price of a used one.

    My regular service on my Toyota Rav I was impressed that who ever serviced my Rav noticed the glove box was broken and they fixed it, I had not even mentioned it being broken that’s what I call good service.

    My questions were answered and service agreement met my car’s needs. I just feel there are too many personnel to deal with. I don’t understand the concierge service purpose

    $700 and 6 hours just for the same lights to come on the next day. This is a really busy time for me and this dealership has made that worse.

    It’s Not “Rare” and “Hard to Get”.....

    Wanted a Tacoma pickup with manual shift/access cab and sales department stated; “They’re rare” and hard to get and we can only custom order them. Talked with relative in the dealership transport business and he said; “Ridiculous!”, and located a half-dozen within 60 miles of our general hometown area sitting in regular inventory on the lot. Although manual shifts are becoming more sparse, they’re not “hard to get” and I think Legacy just used it as an excuse for needless mark-up in price. Purchasing truck elsewhere and enjoying leisurely road trip - Legacy could have had a customer but.... Oh Well!!!!!
