    Paul is a service advisor at Lakeland Toyota and he always does an excellent job on my BMW. The whole process is seamless and I know I can leave my keys, get transported to my job or home while they service my car; I have no worries.

    Was a long day went in for oil change was told after three hours that I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be repaired cost would be 24.00 waited another two hours finally car comes up I go to pay new tire was put on with my approval, my car only has 9000 miles on it , so there I sit another hour to put my original tire back on, I spoke to service manager left dealership notice problem with my rim another trip back to dealership

    I found a car on their website with price. I went to their location and none of their vehicles were priced. They said I need to get the price online. I checked online again and the price was the same as I saw earlier. I agreed to purchase. THEN they said there would be a $1000 charge for tuneup, cleaning, detail, whatever. These things may have been done at one time previously but not during the time I was there. I was desperate for a car immediately so I agreed. They did not itemize this amount anywhere on the contract - only added it to the original price. This is the typical used car salesman I have heard about my whole life. The documents they gave me to list names of recommendations to them is already in the trash. This happened yesterday. BEWARE

    Made an appointment for an oil change online said price would be approx. $12.95 and received a postcard in the mail said $9.95. So I drive out to Lakeland to support the dealership I bought the car. Got there and was charged $50 before taxes!!! Not cool. I didn't have the postcard with me but I mentioned it to the service rep. He just shrugged it off. I bought my 2017 Corolla here last year and drive from Brandon to get it serviced.. not now. I will just go to Courtesy Toyota from now on.

    Salesman was fine. Upper management are not honest!! When I called back with a problem I was told there were no managers there that day!!! I left a voicemail on two messages phones. I never got a call back!!! All you want to do is sell a car at any cost!! People like you should not be in business!!!

    Our experiences with Lakeland Toyota have been very poor. We called ahead to make sure they would have a Camry hybrid that we could test drive. We were told that they had three, but when we arrived, after a wait, were told they didn't have any.

    I want to fix my brakes. These people wanted to do everything else except from fix my brakes. They do not listen. Yoy have to repeat yourself like you're dealing with indiscipline children... The oil in my car was good. One of the employees went in the back for a dirty oil and said that it was mine. LIAR LIAR LIAR. I was disgruntled to the max. Dishonesty is their best friend at this place.

    The customer service is disgusting. Mike Patrick, service advisor is a horrible individual. He does not know how to treat customer with respect. Everything is wrong about this place. You have been warned. I am human !
