    Sold a lemon

    The story is too long to go into detail, but we would have walked awset, had we not only spent 5 hours at the dealership and really needed a vehicle. They another couple bought an electric vehicle, then found out as they were about to leave it wasnt charged enough to drive home, so they would have to return (100 mi drive they said) the next day. Found out at 9pm. We found out later that they had done some very inferior "repairs" to our vehicle. Had to put $1000 into within the first month, and the mechanic was shocked at what they did. The whole process was horrible. I would never go back. Kuni Honda is the reason car dealerships have a bad rap.

    Very incompetent people, one of the worst experience ever had, messed up everything they could, just lost of time and money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Horrible Service - Experience

    I recently bought a used car from this horrible dealership. I was promised multiple repairs on the car- if I agreed to purchase the car, which I did. The shady salesman promised me the repairs would be made on a Saturday which was a lie- according to their Service dept he was very well aware that the repairs my car needed could only be done on a Monday so I had to take time off of work to bring it in. After I signed the paperwork for my purchase I had to email the Sales Manager twice just to get them to schedule my promised repairs. When I finally got my car into the shop, they had to send it to a second dealership for help with one repair. However, in total they had my car for 9 days and did NOT complete all promised repairs. When I emailed them to let them know on 10/12/18, I was told my concerns would be forwarded and have not heard anything from the dealership or service dept at all. I also included pictures in my email of what they missed/didn’t repair but apparently they don’t care. Worst experience with a dealership ever. Horrible customer service and absolutely no follow up. My salesman was Roman Romero.

    We reached out to them for a vehicle they had on their lot. We told them when we were coming as we had a short amount of time to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the sales person was not available for us, the car we wanted to look at was not off the main street display, and we had to find another salesperson to work with. This didn't make me happy at all since we were pressed for time. The salesman was nice although he did damage the vehicle when he drove it off the curb. I was able to test drive it and see if the car seats fit. Ultimately, we didn't make a deal. Their follow up was good as they kept calling to see if we were still looking and many dealerships were not doing that.

    Our salesperson Dan was great. Sales manager Chris Baca and the finance manager are rude and need to enroll in customer service 101. Will not ever buy a new car here again due to this duo of jerks.

    AVOID! (dishonest business practice) Written on final price on a new vehicle (with all fee added in). Went to purchase the vehicle, and they added over $1,000 to agreed written price.

    I went to this dealer to buy a new car. They wouldn't let me test drive (I am a 34 year old male) the vehicle so I ended up going to another dealer, test driving the car, and buying it.

    Worst service experience every single time got my timing chain done there came back 11000 miles later same issue I paid them 2000 tells me your warranty on that is 1000 miles left on it we will replace it this time lost my plate disrespectful manager useless ,and they don’t want to work went in there the same day for a inspection on my vehicle they said everything was good came back the next day after yelling at them then I find out they was more work to be done he didn’t even apologize they lost my plate they said they didn’t have it and never took it went by the trash can by the drive th
