    Excellent Service at Koons Toyota in Annapolis!

    I was impressed enough with Koons toyota of Annapolis that I drove past the closer dealership to travel 35 minutes to go there again. the rental car was a Prius, an experience I hadn't had before. It was clean and bright. My baby was returned with exactly what I was told it would be, vacuumed, and washed!

    Anything but Brakes

    Anything but Brakes Nice people, organized dealership but never get brakes right. I have had maintenance on my last 3 Toyota's at the dealership and though it was a little pricey I believed they did good work. Had no issues on engine work but have had issues with brake work every time. In my last 3 cars I had issues after brake jobs, In all cases had to do further brake work inside a year. I should have learned the first or second time but I have always depended on the dealership for quality work so I always go back. Training or materials I don’t know but learn from my mistakes and use them for everything but brakes. Lets summarize current brake work. Sept 2018 – low brake pedal so brought it in to get check out and they did full break job, pricey but necessary. Picked up car and notice break pedal still very low , brought car back and they said it all looked good, I explained they weren’t like that before . Drove 2 weeks pedal very low brought back in something must be wrong, I was told it all looked good it’s just how’s the brakes are. March 2019 -- Brakes squeaking bad so I brought car back in. I am told calipers are a bad and I need to replace brakes, rotors and calipers. After another big bill the brake pedal are back to normal. Aug 2019 Brake squeaking so I bring car in and I am told they don’t hear it . Squeaking is normal in the morning. I question that and I am told it could be cheaper materials and then I explained they have done all brake work here. So they are going to lubricate and I imagine squeak will be back and I will have to have brakes done. On last solara, had breaks done , had to brin g 3 times and finally had to redo within a year. On Camry before that had full brake job and was having brake issues so traded in for a new car. In short nice people, work seems good just nor brake work.

    Joe V. was my salesman in the used car department and he was amazing. Weeks before I came to the dealership he answered my questions via email and the day of my appointment the process was so easy. I got the payment that I wanted and my car is sweet. The business manager was helpful and explained everything to me in great detail to make sure I was happy with the decision I made.

    New Tacoma SRD 4x4 Double Cab

    When I entered Koons Annapolis Toyota and they would get salesman, AJ Jones within a minute when I entered building. He had been with me for whole time without assisting with another customer at same time. He gave me many choice for me to check out different model of Tacoma from SR to Limited. I picked Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 with Double Cab which is fit well for my family of 5. Also, he recommended me to check out Tundra for last option if Tacoma SRD Sport 4x4 with Double Cab isn't work out. He would let me to do alot of drive testing and see which truck I like better. He had alot of patient with me because he want to make sure that I am a valuable customer for Koons Annapolis Toyota. I had a hard decision between Tacoma SRD Sport 4x4 with Double Cab and Tundra SR5 with Double Cab as well. It was so tough decision for me to pick between two trucks but they would let me to bring Tacoma home for more drive testing with my family and see if they will love it or not. After I finished with my drive testing with my family in two days later and I decided to purchase Tacoma SRD Sport 4x4 with Double Cab. Also, we were able to do the negotiation for the best price without any restrictions. I am glad that they did not have to do any high pressure vehicle sales tactics with me. I would give my high recommendation to do the business with Koons Annapolis Toyota again in the future for my next new vehicle.

    We were on the wrong track in our minds thinking what was wrong with our car and thought the service dept was wrong. We could have been a little nicer but Peter the Service Manager never missed a beat and treated us so well! It turned out that we were wrong but you’d never know we even complained! Our car runs like new! These guys are the best!
