I got a flat tire after 3 months of owning my car. I brought my car in and had to buy a new tire. I left and within 12 hours my tire light was back on. I filled my tire myself and all of the tires were at different pressures. You would think if you schedule your car for maintenance due to an tire issue, the shop would check ALL of the tires. Not to mention that the shop charges for this tire check. Seems like a case of laziness to me.

Life time maintenance service

Bought two certified vehicle from Kings Toyota, in which the dealer offers free lifetime oil changes. One of my autos that the so called technicians perform the oil changes, ruin the oil pan by stripping the oil plug bolt and put the oil filter on to tight. Every time I went there they would find a million things wrong. I no longer go there and have my mechanic perform the maintenance, in which he doesn't find a million things wrong with my vehicles.

We drove from Louisville to look at a used car that we had been emailing back and forth about. They didn't bother to tell us the car had a ticking noise when you first started it. Didn't even test drive it. What a waste of time!

Don’t buy the strike force !!!!

I purchased the strike force seat protection and now have spots on my seats I’ve never spilled anything on... they cleaned them and the spots came right back through mind you I paid $696 for this and was told not even bleach would affect the cloth .... it has a 7 year warranty and are now telling me “stains or spills “ have to be cleaned within 30 days but yet again I did not spill anything g they have appeared on there own . Upon calling I didn’t receive a call back for over a week and this call was from Heidi who told me it was my fault I would not be getting a refund and wouldn’t give me corporates number and hung up on me .... I got ahold of a manager and he up held her and said well you have kids... well yes I do two little boys in fact and that is not where the spots are . They are on my passenger seat where no one sits but maybe once a month if that...so they tried to blame it on my kids and now want me to take time off of work that I cannot do so they can reevaluate but still will not refund me ... I believe they took my money and didn’t actually spray them or are false advertising this product.... by the way my agreement paperwork says nothing about a 30 day limit after something is spilled . But yet again I didnt spill anything!!!!!! I will never buy another vehicle from Kings Toyota! And In fact I will be turning this lease in even with over mileage on it just to get away from this dealer ! Poor service and VERY unprofessional!

Very Bad Experience
Disappointed from Cincinnati OH | April 24, 2018

I had a very bad experience at the King's Toyota dealership. They misrepresented several of their policies to us. When called out they became non responsive and I had to include the GM in my emails and follow up with a call to the GM to get a response. When I did get a response it was far from satisfactory. I had reach out to get the correct info myself. They did not seem to care and refused to own up and make the situation right. In my opinion they do not value their customers at all!
