    Pleasant, trouble-free buying experience. Worked “the deal” remotely (found on cars.com, then via email and over the phone) on a car that we wanted and they had on the lot. Agreed on the deal then drove to Hoover on the agreed-upon day. The facilities were clean and very nice, everyone was very hospitable, and the salesperson and the finance person were easy to deal with. No problems anywhere or at any time.

    Dealer refused to honor agreed deal after arrival

    Apparently negative numbers are not available for review, otherwise I would have rated it so. After coming to an agreement on a lease for a 2019 RDX, I had my husband drive me 1.25 hours to the dealership to take possession on 7/5/18. After waiting in the showroom for 2.5 hours I began questioning what was taking so long. I was then informed that they had determined the deal they agreed to had them losing money (I was told $467) and they would not honor the deal. I asked how I was supposed to get home since my husband left shortly after dropping me off. I was told they would give me a loaner to drive home. So instead of driving home in a 2019 RDX I drove home in a 2013 CRV which they came and picked up the next day. No offer was made whatsoever for my time and trouble due to their error. They agreed to this deal via phone/text prior to my ever going down there. Horrible display of professionalism. I would never, ever recommend this dealership to anyone in the future.

    I came in for airbag recall only. Two hours later, the car came out with a gear shifter that does not work well. I am very unhappy with their service. I will not go back.

    Perfect every-time!!! I have no complaints. Chris Brooks is ALWAYS exceptional in his customer service and I trust whatever he suggests. I have never been steered wrong by him. He left King Acura for a period of time and I was not happy. Since he has returned the service is 100%!!!

    Let me start by saying that Coen Ezelle is not your typical salesman. There was no pressure to buy - just gave me the information he had about the vehicle, including the CARFAX, and answered my questions. Richard Croy, the sales manager, was also available to answer any questions that Coen could not. We closed the deal in less than 24 hours.
 
 My wife and I had done our research and knew exactly what car we wanted and this enabled us to make a quick decision after we located the vehicle at King Acura. We plan to retire next year and we decided that a good used car would look much better parked at our beach house than a new (insert luxury brand here) would look parked outside of our work office, which is where we would be for the next 5-6 years trying to pay for a new car:)

    Jefferson and Coen both co-op this sale. They both were great. NO sales pressure. Ben, Finance Mgr, processed our auto loan with Legacy CU from his office (we signed the credit union's loan docs at his office)..Great. Also they gave us a great deal..Thanks to all you guys..
