    Our lease was in our Lexus and I wanted to test drive different cars. Our sales man John was kind and very patient as we looked at different cars. He listen to what we were looking for and suggested two cars and we chose the Ford Explorer. Great experience and great customer service.

    Purchased truck through phone and internet, via e-mail. Everything was pre-approved between ford dealership and my financial institution before I drove to Anchorage from Fairbanks. Smooth process overall. Utilized Xplan through work, saved thousands.

    Not fixing what they promised scratches on car

    I bought a brand new car . We did a walk around found some scratches on it they said they would fix them front hood side passenger door they only fixt the hood then told me they went over and beyond for me . I will never recommend any one for you and tell them how bad your business is..buyers beware make sure if you have any issues with your vehicle make sure you get them fixed before you pay for that car.. once you pay for it they dont care about you anymore.. I got a manufacture problem with my door its turning blue my car is black ..

    Terrible service

    I took my car at 8:00 to see what was wrong with my car. I was early to my appointment. Around 12 I called them to get a update for my car. I was told that Tiana was going to give me a call when she was able to. I never received that call. I called 2 hours later. I was told that my car isn’t been touch and that they may have to keep it over night. Why are you having people set up appointment if you’re not going to honor it. I expect that a Chain Dealership would have better customer service. I wouldn’t be mad if they would of had the courtesy to call me and tell me what going on. I was respectful to both manager that I talked to. Did you think that they would even try to smooth things over. Nope that didn’t even happened. This is not the first time that my car was sent there for maintenance and it didn’t happen. If you don’t have respect for the military then you don’t have much respect for anyone else. I think that they feel a type entitlement because they’re the only ford dealership in town. So now I have two issues that wasn’t addressed because they don’t care about the people. They only care about themselves. So heave my warning don’t bring your car here. The manager are terrible. The service department is terrible.

    Kendall Ford Anchorage is THE WORST.

    If I could give this dealership all zeroes, or better yet negative numbers, I would. This has been THE WORST experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. Delays, evasions, and lies. At this point I would not trust this dealership with a bag of garbage.

    I love my Fiesta, and Kendall Ford of Anchorage

    I had an amazing time getting my 2019 Ford Fiesta through Kendall. John was amazing and listened to all my questions and answered them honestly, we walked the lot and found me the best vehicles that would fit my needs and budget. He is super friendly and funny, when the cars battery needed replaced they were prompt and got me a new battery right away. Joemarie in financial helped find me the best rate and was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. As a first time car buyer I am very pleased with the experience and knowledge of the sales staff and the quick lane at Kendall. Anne made having the new battery put in a quick and painless experience with a smile and also answered all my questions. I will be going back for all my maintenance. Thanks to all the help, I will be going back for my next vehicle with zero hesitation. I love my Fiesta, and I love Kendall Ford of Anchorage. My two boys love our new car and are excited to make new memories of our alaskan adventures in a car that is perfect for our needs and with 37mpg, we will be going on lots of adventures.

He took the time to fully understand exactly what we were looking for and needing in a vehicle and was able to research and create a perfect match at an acceptable price. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the available models and various packages which made it so much easier to make a personalized selection. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. He was very courteous, professional, attentive to detail and provided and overall exceptional buying experience without pressure or discomfort. John Croffut walked us through the extensive vehicle operational familiarization and his knowledge, and patience was amazing and well appreciated. He ensured that we were comfortable with the vehicles features, functions and controls. Sissy in Financing made that portion of the transaction pleasant and surprisingly easy, she is very efficient.
