  These guys were fantastic to work with! Very laid back environment and they make buying a car fun! I did not think it was possible to have fun and be at a car dealership at the same time!

  Sold a Lemon

  I had originally posted a great review of Indy Cars and Trucks in order to save a little extra on my car. Sean and Steve sold me a pre-owned Mercedes. The car broke down a little after 2 weeks of ownership. They didn’t perform a proper safety or multipoint inspection. Their car salesmen (specifically Steve and the owner Sean) were using sleezy tactics trying to take advantage of my situation and lack of car buying experience. I was sold a lemon that I was promised would run incredibly. Steve and Sean both guaranteed the engine is “bulletproof” but I now have a car that needs an entirely new engine costing more than I originally paid. All in all, the car is now without a working engine 2 weeks after purchase and Steve and Sean refuse to work with me to alleviate the costs and issues. Their lack of professionalism and sense of responsibility makes them a danger to any and all car buyers. DO NOT TRUST INDY CARS AND TRUCKS. They will do anything for another quick sale.

  Anxiety?!?

  I haven’t had a car payment in over 10 years. The guys were AWESOME and very patient. The buying process was easy and they even found a lender who would take me and make my payments exactly what I wanted. I am more than thrilled to be driving my 2014 GMC Acadia. I am grateful for the amazing customer service that I was provided with.
