    Misleading Sales Practices

    I was mislead and lied to during the sales process. In addition given poor information on my remaining payments and was told to do nothing, yet another payment came out. Now I need to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund. Finally, the survey I was begged by multiple people to give perfect results shows it was completed, yet I never completed it. Highly suspicious knowing the issues that happened post sale. I would never do business with them again.

    STAY AWAY, SHADY TACTICS

    BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY…VERY SHADY SALES TACTICS AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. Went in with a friend TWO months ago as a return customer (HUGE MISTAKE) to lease another Q50 since they were soooooo excited to offer him a new lease deal. Their words “all you would have to do is turn over your keys and take a new one” turned into a 2+ month battle now. They also stated and put in writing that they would take care of ALL remaining payments on the lease as part of the pull ahead program and to this date, Infiniti Financial is saying the dealership did not tell them anything about that promise and several months of past payments are owed along with over mileage fees. We have in writing that Infiniti of Tampa would take ALL remaining payments, it was discussed in person when they pretty much begged us to come in to make a deal and it is also on the customer due bill that Infiniti of Tampa will take care of all remaining payments yet 2+ months of back and forth emails has not solved a thing. One of the many shady sales people had the nerve to say “this is a TODAY only deal” as another sketchy way to drag a poor customer in…I feel like this is a Billy Fuccillo tactic to make a “huge deal” or in this case…a HUGE mistake on our part. These sales people were so fast to reply to emails when they wanted to get him to come in and make a deal but after that, silence. No communication, no return emails, 100% shady sales tactics and no honor of the promises which are even in writing (oh Morgan and Morgan, this is a perfect type of lawsuit for you along with the Better Business Bureau). To make it worse, they also stuck him with a big ole bill for over mileage even though the sales guy said to us in person “you are good with miles” right after he was in the car checking it out…hmm…failed to say anything about mileage fees. So, a return customer in his third Infiniti gets treated this way…NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY OF US BUY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE. The minute he knew the deal was done in the dealership, the sales guy quickly left us for another poor sole who walked into buy a car…not even a walk to the car to say congrats or show anyone how to operate the gadgets…clearly a sales only place, screw the customer. No communication, no one wants to clear this up, hours and hours of “customer time” wasted trying to get these crooked shady sales people to help and still nothing. They were sent every single email that was completed prior to the sale that shows what they would do and copies of the forms but ZERO help, not even from their “management” team which seems to have now passed this off to someone who also cannot seem to resolve THEIR ERRORS. So..if you want a headache and a bill for thousands of dollars, feel free to shop here. I would highly recommend Lexus of Tampa, Crown Audi Clearwater or anywhere else buy this dealership. I too bought a car from here and will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER shop here or recommend this disaster to anyone…100% scam. STAY AWAY!!!!

    JUAN is the Bomb!

    I was nervous about purchasing/leasing a new vehicle from a new dealership. Fear of the unknown. Very Blessed to have worked with Juan Marrero, a very knowledgeable friendly courteous salesperson. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance officer was polite and very helpful. I love my QX50 and feel like Infiniti is my new car home!

    Leasing my new QX50 was a snap at INFINITI of Tampa. They were open to my straightforward, no-nonsense approach when I discussed term, monthly payment, and down payment. I appreciate(d) Sebastian Manzano in sales who was friendly & approachable without being pushy. Nick Sankey in Finance was also a great guy who provided additional options absent of making me feel pressured. Great experience, definitely recommend them!

    GREAT EXPERIENCE.

    Was looking to establish a relationship with an infinity dealer because I drive a new Maxima now but I want to upgrade to a new Infiniti Q 50 so I was referred to Infinity Of Tampa by a friend. I came in to help a friend buy a preowned car and was greeted right away by the sales manager John McVay who was very pleasant and funny and there was no pressure whatsoever. The saleswoman Ebony Was great. The dealership is beautiful and we had a very pleasant experience. I know where I'll be buying my new Infiniti Q 50 red 400. I recommend this dealership to everyone. My only drawback is they didn't have any chocolate chip cookies on Sunday. Lol

    Fadi is the man!!

    I've been going here since I moved to Tampa 2 years ago. Fadi has taken care of me nearly every time I've gone and his service is always impeccable. Most people think dealerships rip people off, however I've expereniced the opposite here. Fadi really looks out for me and I can't think him enough.

    Chris foster was a great salesman from my first inquiry online to signing the papers! I found a sweet G25 gently used at a great price and he even went down more on price to accommodate my bank preapproval that was well under asking price. Easy going and no pressure at all this is my first Infiniti and I'm ecstatic about it. There's a 2 inch tear in the driver seat which potentially could've gotten bigger over time and been a deal breaker but he's setting up an appt for me to get it fixed. Sold ! Thanks Chris foster and the other 2 gentleman who's names I can't remember but we're also friendly and accommodating.
