Sabotage and scam artists

These crooks will do whatever it takes to damage your vehicle so you'll pay their grossly inflated prices. They will open up and tamper with things in hopes it will break and you'll come crawling back. You get what you pay for, so go elsewhere and get better service.

Fabulous experience!

We drove from Marietta, GA to purchase my beautiful 2011 Honda Element. The experience was positive in every way, from the moment we found our car on cars.com until we drove off the lot two days later. These are high-demand cars and hard to find - the folks at Murfreesboro Honda held the car with a small deposit, gave us clear directions on financing, and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Their new facility is gorgeous - so well thought-out for customer comfort and convenience. Joe, our salesman, couldn't have been better. Unexpected Service

Had to stop unexpectedly for a tire repair on the way to Nashville. Ended up needing a recall for airbags done. Austin assured me they would be able to complete the work in 2 hours. Not only did they change the oil, rotate the tires, but was also able to complete two airbag recalls. All in 90 minutes. Was completely shocked they finished under the promised time without an appointment. The manner Austin handled it was perfect. Makes me contemplate driving an hour for my service work.

My purchased a new 2016 Honda SL for my wife earlier this year and was looking for a local dealer that could accommodate our needs and price point. We met with 4 other dealers in the area and not a single one could accommodate our price point. I even offered to pay all cash for the right deal. I then contacted Heath and his team at Ford of Murfreesboro and couldn't believe how genuine and responsive they were. In less than 2 hours, we had a new car. The total experience from working with their team could not have been easier and more pleasant for my wife and I. They were fantastic and they will be my first phone call for future cars.
