    Terrible and crooked buyer beware.

    We were searching for a first car for our daughter. Hoffman Nissan had a 2013 Audi A4 2.0T with 106k miles advertised for $9400. Car was beautiful inside and out. We put a deposit down on the car but right before pickup we decided to run it through an unaffiliated (non-Hoffman) Audi dealership. The car needed a new timing chain, a $2700 repair. When confronted the salesman, Steve Hamzy, became angry and belligerent, as did the gentleman who I assume was his manager. If you are looking at this black Audi A4 2.0T do not buy this car. I am including my name and email address with this review and I will be happy to provide you with the copy of the report from Valenti Audi.

    Service for my Altima

    Battery problem. Purchased new battery at last service. It went dead 3 times within a few weeks. The connection nodes were also crudy w stuff. They told me the battery was fine and I should clean the nodes. They didn’t even clean it for me. If the battery was fine why did I get stranded w dead battery 3 times in 3 weeks? Also was interested in possibly a new Altima but sales person was busy. I waited a while but since I had my grandson 2years old and daughter in law we didn’t want to wait any longer.

    This is the second time I’ve used this dealer in buying an EV. In both cases, the dealer worked very hard to obtain what I wanted. The inventory of EVs seems to be limited on the East Coast, so it takes extra effort to find the right combination of options and color.

    Lease buy out

    Bought my lease in 2016 from this dealer. Went back recently to buy my lease out. Worst experience buying out my lease. Made me feel like I was a waste of their time and was told "We are only doing it as a favor" to me. "We are not making any money on this transaction". Gave me a form for the conveyance fee for 499.00. but then said oh that's the wrong form and gave me another one with 549.00 on it. Line item stated it's negotiatable but wasn't. I tried to negotiate. They told me it's not negotiable. Why state that on the form then. Salesman added figures wrong. If I wasn't paying attention I would have walked out paying more. They told me to try another dealer if I didn't like how the transaction was going. Horrible. Will never go there again.
