    Went to look at a used car. Their chat function seemed to work for me to confirm the car was still available. A salesperson texted me and was helpful in finding a time to meet to look at the car. They explained their process. Wasn't pushy. Dealership was clean. Able to locate the car and keys fairly quickly. So far so good. Car was ok.. few minor blemishes but very close to needing tires. Never drove the car. I passed on it. as others mentioned, the $1300 of fees they add on that aren't advertised made it just an "ok" deal. Hard to absorb those fees on a $12k car. Factor the fees into your decision/pricing.

    RUN...DON'T WALK

    I was told that I was going to here from someone that handles out of state deals. No one ever called me and the car was sold. That's HORRIBLE customer service. Especially because I was a GM at 3 different dealerships. I wouldn't have allowed that to happen at any of the dealerships that I was responsible for This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!

    I don't even know where to start. I went their to buy a Mercedes they had listed on their website. I called before and asked for cash out the door price. Was quoted 1500 LESS than they charged me when i actually signed the contract. Then they wouldn't accept personal checks which has NEVER happened to me owning 30 vehicles in my lifetime. Imagine the big hassle getting a 25k car charged to a debit card (which is what they recommend). Which banks allow that?? Then the car which supposable has been fully inspetected turned out to have countless problems which we only discovered after their 3 day return policy was up. Hgreg, never again.

    Stay Far Far Away

    So I bought a 2016 Honda with under 36,000 miles on it. The salesman informed me and my husband that while all cars are bought at auction, that they are sent to a mechanic facility who specializes in those cars. He stated out Odyssey was sent to a Honda mechanic who certified the car. We pay cash for the car, and leave. Within 10 miles a piece of the fender popped off. We notified the dealer, and even though we have text proof and have kept in touch with them no one seems to know what is going on. 4 days after buying the car we are left broke down on the inside lane of 75 in downtown Atlanta with 4 children on out way to see my dying Father. I lost a day with my dad, the cost of 2 hotel rooms, the tow, and the 1200.00 mechanic bill. They say well we will pay what our cost would be 400.00. These people are scam artist. Stay far far away!!!!

    Terrible!!!!

    Service seemed good when a car sale was in order. Once the car was purchased I failed to bring my plate with me for our trade in. I texted Christa several times would assured me she would let me know about my plate. She failed to do so and stopped answering my texts. I then spoke to a manager last Friday about who confirmed the plate number in his system and said it would be on a manager's desk today for pick up when my son comes for his car service appt. To no avail!! I spoke to an Angel who claimed he was a manager who was unprofessional and dismissive and said no manager at the dealership spoke with me and I'd just have to file a stolen plate as if I am delusional about the convo I had on Friday with a manager. BBB will be getting a complaint to add to the others about this business. If someone doesn't come up with my plate I will get 8 on your side involved.

    Just plain bad. No wonder they have 1.25 stars. Don't even deserve this. Folks like this that should be jailed. It will come around though, but not before the owner escapes with a lot of cash and employees without jobs.

    If zero stars were a choice I would have chosen it! Stay away. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Manager is a liar, and salesman was worse. Bait and switch scam. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

    One simple question

    I was a SERIOUS buyer but before I drove 2-4 hours, I asked one simple yes or no question on their website THREE TIMES and I could not get them to answer. I received a text asking about my search. When I said I wanted the YES or NO question answered I was told it would be provided. INSTEAD I received a voicemail wanting me to call in. They can do business their way and I'll do business my way ...

    Worse dealership I have ever visited. Poor customer service. Price online was $5k less than displayed on the car on site. Needless to say, they tried to charge the extra $5k until I called them out. Then, I tried to make a counteroffer on the car and I hear this BS story about no negotiating.

    Mediocre/poor service, boiler room operation

    No frills, you dont even get a bottle of water from your salesperson; he walks ahead of you, very little knowledge of cars, and when I told him I was looking for a car for my son (who is out of state in the army) he appeared to lose interest. It's very busy in there and far from professional. A very mediocre experience. Note: a charge of $899 "dealer prep/fee" plus tag , registration, title and tax. The auto I saw was reasonable but I don't do well buying under pressure.
