    Jeff Angilini Jr. was very professional, helped educate us about The Traverse's Options and made the purchase of our First Chevy Product enjoyable. The showroom and their product was very clean. Jeff Angelini Sr. and his interrnet staff ( Nicole Bella, Faith) helped at the biginning) present the product and go through their sales process.Kevin in finance was was very helpful in providing solutions that worked for us with our sale. Jeff Angelini Jr. delivered our car that was very clean and helped my wife understand the many options that we will use on our way home. We are pleased with our Used Car Chevy Purchase so far after our two week search. I would recommend Flag Chevy.

    Tim Petersen is no pressure, knows his vehicles, and was a pleasure to work with. After some seriously bad experiences at the local Doge and Ford dealers Tim and the Team at Flag we’re a breath of fresh air. They did the deal I wanted on the vehicle I wanted and it was all seamless. Even trading in my car with negative equity. I will highly recommend Tim and Flag and they have gained a life long customer!

    Worst experience ever from a dealer

    From the start there were issues. When I arrived (a 2 hour drive from Wisconsin) to take a look at the car I was interested in, it was nowhere to be found. One of the sales guys drove me around the entire car lot, including the extra 'back' lot looking for the car I made an arrangement to see. After about 40 minutes of looking for the car they came back and said it was in the shop being worked on. Needless to say, I never got to test drive it that day (the work that was being done on the car is irrelevant and not an issue here). Forward another two weeks and it's time for me to come pick up the car. Great! Finally get down there, do the paper stuff, hand over the checks, and I received my temp registration. "Oh, sorry, the car won't be available for pick-up until next week." WHY?! You said for me to come pick it up TODAY. Forward another week -- I finally get to pick up my car. Fairly straightforward until I go to get the keys and they ask for the payment, even though I already paid. About an hour later trying to clear up the whole purchasing ordeal and I finally get out of the dealership with my car. Forward about a month and still no title. I call them up and they issue a second permit (first one expired). Another month goes by, second permit expires, still no title or registration. I call them up, they said they could not find the title and would need or order a replacement, and then sent me a third temp plate, this time for my state that's good for three months. TWO months go by and STILL no title or registration for this car. I called them up again, this time talking to a sales guy (apparently) and he told me I had to pay another $80 for registration even though tax/title/fees were all included in the sale! After fighting them on it, they finally gave in and paid it. In the end, it took me just short of 6 months to get the title and registration! (I also contacted my state DMV for info on the status during this time to which they continued to state that they had no record of this car in the state of Wisconsin). This was the worst issue that requires attention to if you are considering Flag Chevy as a dealer. The issues continued with calls dropping, or calls not being routed to the correct person, and even sitting on hold for over an hour only for the call to hang up. Absolute worst place I've ever bought a car from in my 17 years of owning/buying vehicles. Please, consider other options than Flag. The headaches are not worth it, especially when you're sitting with a car you paid $30k for and not knowing whether or not it was a legit sale because you can't get your registration for.

    Dealer ran my credit 22 times. I bought 2 brand new car and truck for a total of over $130,000 and no appreciation, poor customer service. Found much better deals after they ruined my credit but was stuck buying there. Avoid this over priced and poor service dealer! Avoid Flag Chevy! If you find a vehicle here at advised price they don’t honor there internet price or sales

    I consider this place quite a step up from rock chevrolet the people here seems to be more customer friendly and the place has a better feeling

    Chevrolet of Grayslake (formerly Rock or Rockenbach Chevrolet on Rt 120) put down money, 3 weeks later they repossessed the car before the 1st payment was even due. Not the kind of dealership I would buy from. Yet to see his money back.

    Got the right car

    2015 Traverse This was one of many dealers listed and that we wanted to visit. We visited on our way home from Wisconsin. They had a good suv on the lot with the stuff we wanted. The pricing was very similar to other web sites. Salesman Edgar was very polite, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We could negotiate the price. The car was clean (good shape for the price) but needed gas. This dealer was 45 mi from our home but worth our trip. The only bad part was the terrible background music played at the dealership.
