    I started my search on the internet, looking for a Santa Fe with class III towing capability. Leandra contacted me promptly with a deal on the perfect vehicle for us--a 2018 Santa Fe with a 3.3 liter V6. The vehicle had just come off lease and was in near-perfect condition. We were very happy with the entire transaction. It was quick, simple and straightforward. Leandra was a tremendous help.     Fitzgerald Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Clearwater gets top marks from me. Purchased a used vehicle 6 weeks ago and have since put over 3500 miles on it with no negative issues. Truthful representation of vehicle during viewing and test drive, no high pressure sales or finance. Only negative is the 'price is the price'.....but all in all a very positive experience,

    we were NEVER told about the RECALL

    My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Fitz Mall. Andy Stahl is a wonderful and pleasant person, as well as a good salesman. He did not push with the purchase and was as helpful as he could be. However,a week later, after having put less than 200 miles on the vehicle, we ran into a problem. the check engine light came on and the car would NOT accelerate above 20 mpr. We immediately called fitz and the service dept, asked if we could drive it in. Since, we were not that far away, we managed to slowly get over there. the service dept said that there was an open recall on the vehicle. This was NEWS to us. No one had mentioned this during the sale. According to the service people, the open recall was in their system and they were surprised that the sales dept did not know or mention it. So, my husband walked over to the sales dept and spoke with Andy, as well as Andre, the sales manager. they both said they did not know about it. I find this interesting since that was the first piece of information the service dept pulled up. So, they gave us a loaner car and took the vehicle stating that they had to have FORD look at it. Later that day, my husband called Benita, at Fitz to get an update. She stated that FORD was going to fix the problem. She said it was a good thing it was under warranty because this could be a costly issue. On Monday, my husband got the call to come pick it up. AND< GUESS WHAT FORD DID?????? they reset the computer. according to them no repairs were necessary..... At that point, my husband and I decided that since the recall was NEVER mentioned to us and now, Ford was only going to reset the computer, with no guarantees or explanation as to how and why this occurred we did not want the car. even though our trade was probably gone, by now, we would be happy to just get our money back and call it a day. the general manager, at the Fitz mall said NO!!!!! So, my husband was left stranded, without a loaner vehicle and no attempt to resolve this issue. this saga will not end here. I am taking this further.

    the people there were nice enough but this used car I looked at was covered in bird crap, had poorly banged up rims and the worst part was a power top that only opened half way
