Quick and easy
Bought a newly traded in car Saturday, it had not been serviced yet. We were told it would be serviced and detailed for Monday pick up. Not only was the car detailed to like new, it had a new battery, wipers, filters, and fluids installed. Home run Firkins! We will be back, keep it up
Worst experience EVER
Today was the straw that broke the camels back that is making me tell the truth about firkins! I had to deal with Jeep corporate to get service on my Jeep and a rental car was being set up through them while my Jeep was being fixed. I was greated with a we don’t give rentals over the weekend so you can joy ride while we work on your car... I explained the situation and he said go see your advisor... my advisor, Sean Averso, didn’t even have enough politeness to look me in the eyes and talk to me he just said we don’t have any more rentals call enterprise and wait for Jeep corporate to reimburse you or just go... I left! As I drive out I called corporate and was on hold for my case manager only to find out Sean already was calling saying he’s done trying to help fix my Jeep because I skipped out on dropping my Jeep off and got an attitude. I guess walking away when someone turns there back on you and tells you to go is rude now! They have left parts off my Jeep and caused damage that they tried to get out of fixing and now are trying to refuse working on a brand new vehicle with less then 5000 miles on it!
WHAT A JOKE
Awful! Found a used truck online that seemed to be what we were looking for. Advertised as one-owner and clean carfax. Expressed interest online and Mikyla reached out to me. I responded and stated that we lived an hour away and wanted more pictures of the vehicle since there was only 1 photo online. Suddenly she stopped texting or answering my calls. Then, through USAA we were set up with a salesman named Fred Noyles. Decided to give it another shot because like i said, this truck seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. After calling twice and leaving voicemails, Fred never contacted me. We decided to just make the drive to go look at the truck. We get there to find out that the engine is bad, RPM and MPH gauges are broken, interior is disgusting, exterior is rusted, and the salesman stated "It will be sold as it is because there is no reason for us to put any money into it. As long as it passes the "safety check" it can be sold". Seriously? gauges don't even work and it's safe?? This place is a JOKE!
Disappointed With Purchase and Warranty Repairs
My dash camera was recording while my recently bought vehicle was in for warranty work for the 4th time in just a few weeks. The technician is laughing saying "out of 6 lines of sh$t, one of them is legit." (repair work-list) The service manager drives my car for 30 seconds and say's "I'm just going to park this bit&# and tell him to just come down and ride." I feel completely humiliated that I purchased a vehicle from this dealer who degrades a customer that had an issue with his Jeep and didn't take this matter more serious. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future and wish that I would have never given them my business.
The Quick Service and the solid answers given to me by Teresa Stevens she took the time to go through the process and how to operate one of the radio functions
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got offered water by 4 different people while I was waiting which was nice. Lol.

They kept me informed about what was going on and a comfortable waiting area both inside and out with a phone charging station.
Ok, but not thorough
I got my truck back Quick. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to help. But, the repair wasn’t fixed properly and I had to bring it back the next week where they discovered several things wrong. Why not the first time?
Customer Service Manager made the Difference
My service manager, Matt, got to the bottom of an issue that had not been corrected on another visit. His involvement made the difference.
