    Facilities and staff are awesome! Only thing that detracted from perfect ratings all around was that in the cars.com ad it said that a warranty was included but it wasn't (I'm assuming this was just a copy and paste error). Everyone was super nice and made it very easy to drive away in our new truck. Thanks Mark and everyone who helped out!

    Bought a used car from here and by the time I made it home it's spewing antifreeze everywhere. No excuse for this, they clearly either didn't bother to check out the car or more likely tried to pull a fast one. Issues with multiple hoses and thermostat, who knows what else still sorting through everything.

    Follow up to my recent purchase experience with Fairway Ford; Worked with Sales Associate Jaison Brant to purchase a 2019 Ford Raptor. Jaison provided myself with a great buying experience to including above market trade-in value, great price off MSRP, as well as went above and beyond to provide both great communication, professionalism, and follow ups to ensure I was satisfied after purchase. Fairway even delivered the vehicle approx. 3 hours and exchanged my 2017 Ram for Trade. All paperwork was signed in a local coffee shop. Jaison followed through on all promises throughout. To note, this was my 4 dealership I was working with to purchase this vehicle, and Fairway Ford far exceeded above all others. Will definitely recommend highly to others, and come back for future purchases! Thank you!

    Wasted my time and money

    Took a day off work.made an appointment to look at used truck.sales person busy so found truck on my own.did not meet discription of very clean. Let after 1 hr.was contracted after posting a negative Google review.was asked to remove.

    Predatory Practices at this dealership. Bad lugs?

    76 year old woman takes truck in to get oil change and tires rotated. They told her 12 lug nuts were bad, first lie. Then they charged her 4 times what a whole new set of lugs cost retail. Is this your business model to swindle the unknowing? You lost every bit of our business.

    After days of searching for a quality used f150. I found two at fairway ford that I was interested in. I searched every dealership and private owner in my area and they were both priced $3,000 below any other ones I could find online. The sales staff was very friendly and made my buying experience even with not so great credit very easy. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out. Also my father bought his truck there a few years ago and we had the same experience even back then. Thank you fairway.

    Differential lock switch would not control drivetrain. Made an appointment within two days vehicle was repaired after waiting approximately one hour. Covered by extended warranty.
