    Nice looking place and they greet you at the door with big smiles and hellos. I inquired about a Acura MDX. It had been on Cargurus for 45 days and the price dropped some $1,700. I went in to test drive on Friday late afternoon. I made a commitment to buy the car, calling back, texting and emailing the salesperson. Now, they do not have a hold or deposit, there. I understand that. I told them I would be there with a cashiers check Saturday in the am. I talk with Logan Dresser, the salesperson, twice Saturday morning. At about 11:30 as I am leaving the bank with the cashiers check, I get a call from Logan telling me the car is sold. Really? When I left Friday, the last thing he told me was that while it was not the usual practice he would remove the car from the lot and place a sold tag on it. So, in ten minutes since we talked you sold a car? He tells me it was his manager who sold it, but that is a convenient pass off so he claims no responsibility. Unless you are going in intending to buy at that moment, pass these people up. Once they start lying, you think it will stop with you? Why chance it? I did and you see what it got me. Just sharing.

    I went in to buy a used car and I pressured into purchasing something else, and when I called them to discuss trading in a vehicle I was ignored several times, it was a terrible experience.

    My buying experience I had with Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers is by far the best I've had. Salesman Cory Smith Jones did an outstanding job! Never once was I pressured into something I didn't want to do. He was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase and got what I was looking for! I highly recommend buying from him! I will being purchasing all my vehicles from him now on.

    Great customer service, and clean facility. I was helped by Harry, who was very helpful and patient with me during the process of my first lease. Got a great deal on my trade-in too. Wished they wouldn't have used the "give me your key so I can appraise your car, but really I'm gonna keep the key until we make a deal" tactic, but it's a sales tactic nonetheless. So, it's sort of expected. That being said, I would still recommend them.

    I reccomend this dealership to anyon. They truly care about their customers and will do their best to help you in the best possible way. A young man named Harry helped me and he was new and I couldn't even tell. He was very knowledgable, honest, and helpful.

    Best Customer Service Yet!

    Recently I was searching for a Nissan GTR. As being a women another dealership did not take my interest seriously and gave me false hope of helping me in any way. I was on my own and was treated as like I didn't matter to them or want my business? Some of the worst coaster service I have ever experienced in my life. Not to mention I had purchased a brand new 370z just 2 years prior with them and my mother purchased a car shortly after as well. Well now I am a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan GTR thanks to Chad Gentry at Ed Martin Nissan is Fishers on State Road 37. I inquired online about wanting to trade in my 370z and Chad responded almost immediately. He was very interested in speaking with me and set up a time that same day at Ed Martin Nissan for me to come in. Opon arriving at the dealership I was greated and treated so nicely by the staff. I sat down and spoke with Chad letting him know that for the last couple years I have been very interested in the Nissan GTR and wanted to see what they could do for me and what options I had. I preferred used and knew that they would have to track one down for me. Which the other dealership I previously worked with did not want to take the time or effort. Chad got on it right away! Amazing how many options he came up with for me in no time. Within 20 mins he found me my dream car. After crunching some numbers the next day I got an amazing deal on my Nissan GTR!! If your looking for a great experience and an honest Nissan dealership then Ed Martin Nissan is just the place! All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Man P. the finance manager made me feel at home during the entire process. I will be a loyal customer to Ed Martin for the future and sending all friends and family Chads way. I couldn't have asked for a better car experience from the start to the end just absolutely amazing. Thank you Ed Martin Nissan for making my dream come true!

    Disappointing experience

    After test driving a minivan, we called the next morning to say we would take it, and agreed to a price over the phone, as well as agreed to a time that afternoon to close the transaction and pick it up. On the way over, we received a call from our salesperson saying someone else had sold the car out from under him. I respect that they have the right to sell the car to whomever they want, but they are not big on integrity, so just keep that in mind when dealing with them. That being said, our sales person, JD, seemed like a decent guy.
