    f I could have given zero stars I would have. Contacted Earnheart Ford about a truck. Paid a deposit to have the truck held for 5 days until I could make the SEVEN hour drive. Drove from out of state for this truck. Get to the dealership and find that the truck had been sold. Eaenheart Ford knew for three days that the truck had been sold and NEVER let me know that the truck had been sold. Even checked in the day before I drove out, and was told that everything was a go. They let me make the SEVEN hour drive to find it out in person. Then they had no other comparable trucks to offer except for a used one. The used one was way more expensive. They said they would work with us, but then still wanted us to pay a ton more money for the only truck they had that would haul our fifth wheel. Caution to anyone who thinks they might want to consider buying any vechile from Earnheart Ford Mazda in Chandler AZ. Everyone's attitude was sorry it happens. I will buy a truck from my local Ford dealer, as this was a terrible experience with a dealership where I was promised a good deal on a truck. Wasted time, money, and left with nothing but frustration.

    I contacted this dealership via email regarding a vehicle they advertised on the internet. The salesperson verified the vehicle and quoted me the same price as the ad. I said I wanted to pursue purchase of the vehicle. The next day, the salesperson sent me an email increasing the price by more than $4,000. They would not agree to the price they quoted me. I will not, and do not recommend others, purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

    Scammers and that ain't no bull

    All I can say is WOW! scammers! I figured I would post this on Earnhardt Ford due to the fact they sold the Nissan dealership in East Mesa. To make a long story short, we bought a Nissan Xterra back in 2008, we paid the vehicle off, received a copy of our loan paper work from the bank and found out they charged us for a lowjack at $2000 that was never installed, (brought it to another dealership and they verified we had no lowjack, plus running boards at $1000 that were already included on the sticker. We didn't agree to either! I called the Earnhardt Ford store, talked with some bone head and explained what I found out, and he basically told me the car was too old and couldn't do anything. He also said it was our fault for not reading the contract and never apologized. Funny how he can say something like that when we never received a copy of the ad on paper work, needless to say I will never do business with Earnhardt's again!! AND THAT AIN'T NO BULL!

    My Mercedes was fully detailed beautifully! Please tell Kevin(fast lane Mgr) the reason the car would not shift properly was that moisture got into the shift lever circuit board . After our mechanic re-coded the circuit board the car was fine! Kevin and his crew were outstanding, helpful and did everything possible to find the problem.
