    Fake Price on Line!

    The price they advertise is not the price on their vans! Add about 20 thousand and you might be there! Told them about the price months ago. This is your typical bate and switch! The review must come form the family and friends!

    Purchased a 2019 Buick Envision Ray and Reggie were outstanding. Reggie got an approval for us that no one else could. I have a great car and a lower payment. This is my 5th car from this dealership and I will go back Eagle Buick is the best in the Tampa Bay area. they are willing to go the extra distance to get you the car you want.

    Shoppers beware

    I used the website to send a request to check availability of the vehicle I was looking for. I immediately received a response stating the vehicle that I was looking for was available . The response included the picture of the vehicle with a link to the description that included additional photos, the price, stock #, vin # etc. When we arrived at the lot, the price was 34,000 more than the price listed from the link. When I questioned the difference, the salesman checked the stock # and confirmed it was the same vehicle and the price I received had been inaccurate. However, we were lucky since it was last years model and new we could get it for $20, 000 less. So we took it on a test drive. When we were given the actual bottom line price, we went through the usual salesman back and forth to my boss, gonna get you the best deal routine, Only to find that a vehicle that was 34,000 more than quoted, and gonna be reduced 20,000 was actually, priced with a trade in of my vehicle and a $3,000 rebate $6000 higher than the $20,000 off price, not including taxes and other fees. What a waste of time!

    Best place ever hands down

    Listen, if I could ever recommend someone in particular, and this dealership I would. The GM Russel Baldner is so caring and helpful, I do not plan on ever using another dealership. I have known him (since school) for over 25 years. I KNOW why they keep this man there! He is beyond fair, helps out my entire family and always gets us just what we want. This guy can remember things from years ago and knows you by name. If there ever was an honest dealership, this one is at the top of the list. Seriously. They try everything to get you what you want and helpful with the banks and financing also. I have sent so many people their way, and everyone has thanked me profusely. I always get trucks from them, and will continue to as long as I live within the state of Florida lol. Thanks for excellent customer service and personal service! By the way, we end up getting turned over to Reggie, Russel's brother he is just as good and so nice! Thanks to them I always have what I need and want. Christa Starkey

    Truck purchase

    Like everyone, we always dread the car buying experience. Obnoxious, relentless sales people, the the "well let's meet the sales manager routine, then the finance manager trying to up sell. Then spend 4 to 5 hours at the dealership. Sucks. Not at Eagle! From seeing the truck on the lot, to meeting Mark Melleti, our sales rep, it was a low key, no pressure and relaxed experience. His persona and straight forward handling of this transaction contributed greatly to our decision to purchase the truck here at Eagle. You can tell Immediately that it is a family owned and operated business by the demeanor of their employees. Everyone I met with there was friendly and went out of there way to assist us. Mark handled our entire transaction and negotiations from start to finish. The finance manager was extremely easy to work with and very quick and efficient. Mark delivered our truck spotless, clean, and full of fuel. He ordered a second key remote for us gratis. Done! Then we had a couple of small items needing attention directly after taking the truck. The service department jumped right the issues, made the minor repairs, and sent us on our way. Now keep in mind this was a used vehicle and once it was ours they had no responsibility to repair. But this dealership took care of the items. You don't find that kind of service there days especially from "corporate chain dealerships". We will buy again from Eagle. They set the bar for what a dealership should be. A pleasant and fair experience! Thank you!

    Needs Improvement

    The service was not good. I drove TWO HOURS THERE with 100% intentions to buy a car. Only to find out I was given incorrect information over the phone by two people in the same office. I was very clear and specified what I wanted. Once I arrived, I was not offered water, a seat or to even talk before looking at the car, Just two people staring at each other like she's here what do we do now. The very next thing was... "Come outside and let me show you the car." (I just drove two hours can I rest a moment). The car was missing the specified feature I requested. There was no apology, just what do you think of the car... They advertised a gas card for coming in, but do you think it was given to me? Of course not. I drove home (TWO HOURS) upset that I wasted my time, but glad to spend my money elsewhere... So many things went wrong here and there is not enough space for me to type it all.

    Outstanding service from the Service Advisor

    Outstanding Service Advisor and Tech's. I asked for an oil change and what I received in addition was a Multi Point service Inspection and tire rotation at a very reasonable price. Then they emailed a detailed color report of the service inspection performed and recommended other service to consider. The Eagle Buick professionals are a pleasure to deal with. Ted, Homosassa
