No call back from manager about the service engine light issue!. Salesman finally called after daughter already had the issue resolved from recall. He tried make it sound like he called me the next day but didn't!. He called me like 4 days later and then asked me to bring her car in for inspection. Meanwhile I already spoke with another salesman that he works with and explained everything to him that my daughter already did on her own like a few days ago. This car lot seems really strange compared to some other ones I've dealt with before!. I don't particularly like that I don't matter because it's not a new car feeling or a as is deal that they don't care after you purchase a vehicle!. Every vehicle should be fully inspected before sold and their mechanics shouldn't be allowed to reset the malfunctioning codes in vehicles before sell neither!. I do believe my daughter's car was tampered with before sell so they didn't have to fix the issue!!!. It's a little strange that the code comes on her dash just a day after the deal?. Don't like the process one bit.
2016 Buick Verano
I bought a 2016 Buick Verano from this dealer ship the car had 27000 miles on it first cold morning and car will not start contacted dealer ship and they will not replace battery this 100 dollar battery will keep me from ever buying a vehicle from this dealer ship again it is small items like this that give dealerships bad names
My experience was amazing! I dont have good credit, and was nervous, but everyone was so friendly and down to earth it made my car buying experience so much fun! Im in love with my suv (nissan rogue.) Randy really took the time to work with me and explain things, were upfront and honest, and i feel i got a very good deal. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Randy was amazing, and I feel they are prob all great, was up there for 2 hrs and talked casually with most the guys there and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I'm an EXTREMELY happy customer!
Doesn’t want to sell cars??
First time I bought from them a couple of years ago the experience was great. Today is was if they didn’t want to sell me a car so a I obliged and walked away. Will find another dealer to take my business to.
Great low-pressure experience.
Salesman was low-pressure. Offer on my trade-in was over book value. Finance person was also low pressure, and didn't try to upsell or add-on fees.
As most car buyers, I was questioning my decision about which vehicle to purchase. Brandon spent a lot of time with us one day working numbers while his co workers entertained our 5 yr old! Then we left to test drive a vehicle somewhere else, to make sure I didn't like it better! We were pleasantly surprised when Brandon offered to meet us on his day off to make the deal happen (the only day my husband and I have off together). After receiving horrible customer service at Coughlin Toyota in Heath, Brandon was the light at the end of the tunnel! lol Thanks for your hard work and great customer service!
Terrible customer service experience
Don Wood is definitely old school. The salesperson I had was pretty nice, but then he pushed me for a warranty that was clearly a very poor value. After we sad no decisively, he then brought in another guy who was obviously trained to not take no for an answer. We were then browbeat for a solid 30 minutes. He would reply with responses like "well why not?" "don't you like peace of mind?" It was so painful.
My experience started out good. The car salesman was great. Then everything went downhill. The guy who does the paperwork seemed upset when I didn't get any additional warranties. I thought my car would be washed and have a full tank of gas before I left, but I was wrong. Also I was forced to pay for a temporary license plate because no one could get the screws out of my old license plate. This was just a ploy to get more money from me. When I mentioned all my problems in emails I was ignored. When I tried to call them, I was left on hold or hung up on and no one ever called me back. Once you pull off the lot, they don't care about you anymore. I would not recommend anyone to buy a new or used vehicle from them.
