    Terrible Customer Service

    Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the misinformation. The car was not ready when promised, they made no apologies, nor did they even contact me to say it wouldn't be ready. After the second missed due date we spoke to a person on the phone that said they would get us a loaner. Went into the shop to be told they wouldn't, and the car might be ready as soon as that afternoon... even though they didn't have the part yet!? Cindy (who said she was the manager) said she would call us later that afternoon. We never heard from her. A week after that the car was ready. We were charged $950.00 over what we were quoted. We were told the quote did not include labor! Who doesn't include labor in the quote? Dick Hannah says they believe in "nice". If they think this is nice, What does terribe look like?

    Got a New Car instead of used!

I now am a happy owner of a 2019 CHALLENGER SCAT PACK RT/ SRT. Thanks Sam for all your help!!! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at Dick Hannah Dealerships and this last experience was the Best!

    Poor customer service

    Assigned a service manager that was very condescending when I arrived. Made appointment for recall and faulty tire sensor that wasn’t fixed at last appointment- he didn’t have record of prior service issue that indicated sensor was faulty. Blamed it on new tire installation, even though the sensor was out prior to new tires. Wanted $138 for diagnosing, even though it was determined to be faulty at last appointment. It would be nice if when you spend $70K on vehicle, there would be a record of service work done at the dealership where it was purchased, and if they would fulfill commitments made.
