No pressure, honest sales.
"No negotiation" may be out of the norm, but their prices are well within reason and below KBB values. Their sales people are all super friendly, and do not pressure or upsell you unless they honestly feel like they could be getting you a better deal for your money. I've bought three cars from DeKalb Motors. I've shopped around elsewhere and the pushy sales people just drove me away and back here. I will forever recommend this dealer to everyone.

Horrible - Never Buy Here
Incompetence from the start. You have to go through 3-5 people before you can get any answers from anyone. Neither of them all same the same repetitive lines, " I know that car", "I'm familiar", blah blah blah. All of which is to waste your time. If you can't be staight forward when having a casual conversation - do you think I'd trust a car from you. Nope. No way. Run folks. Run!

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. The service didn’t take long and the price was great, even got a nicely washed car back.

I was shopping around for cars for months and finally found one I liked and just wanted to look and maybe test drive. The experience from the phone call to arrange to look at it from driving off the lot was absolutely awesome. Moses and Spencer made the process so relaxing and quick. I’ve been to many dealers and this by far has been the best experience. No pressure, no rushing and great overall customer service from everyone there. I would recommend them highly. I have gone back for my 3 month maintenance in which they sent a reminder for which is nice. The service team was very professional and great. The environment overall is very nice and laid back. Thank you Moses for a great buying experience with my 2016 Chevy Equinox.
I scheduled an appointment via phone/Internet sales and showed up exactly on time. Sat Jan 20 at 915am. I was looking at a used corvette. This dealership is almost 1.5 hrs away from my home. I was greeted promptly upon walking in and guided to a salesman named Dan. He was very pleasant and in no way is my rating based on Dan. He was 5/5 stars. After Dan and I talked for a minute, we went to take a look at the corvette. I asked if it's okay if Dan can test drive the car for me since I'm not the best manual driver, he said it was no problem. 3 minutes later the manager comes out and says we cannot test drive because it's not at least 40 degrees outside. It was 38degrees!!!!!!! He was dead serious. Apparently you can't test drive sports cars below 40 degrees. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING TO LOOK AT THE CAR. I find it extremely hard to believe they don't test drive sports cars in less than 40 degree whether. How do you expect to sell camaros, corvettes, Chevy SS and other performance chevys for about half the year in Chicago? Crazy thing, I didn't even care to test drive it myself. I asked the salesman to! I was NOT looking for a joyride. I'm not that kind of guy. Classic dealership games. I was stereotyped 100%. Yes, I'm younger looking and I walked in with denim and a workout sweater. But, I was a ready, willing and able buyer. I felt so disrespected (by managers, not by Dan). Unbelievable experience. Avoid them.
