Frustrated in Fort Worth

This place will RIP u off and Christina is so rude u want to punch her in her face. She did nothing but lie about everything regarding my car. My check engine light came on two weeks after I got my car. Now my engine is leaking oil from everywhere and it hasn't been a year. They refuse to fix the problem without charging me and want me to be 2 weeks without my car while they fix it but still pay the bill. All this is supposed to be covered under a service contract that they are refusing to honor.

Used the dealer’s own credit application and never received word back. Had to contact them again, then I was told I had to put 30% of the asking price down. Nowhere was that stated on the site or in the application process. Was told by the salesman, “I’m just an employee. That’s what the owner says.” Worse than useless and a waste of my time.

I am Totally Unhappy, UnSatisfied and Truely Dissa

I am Currently an Unhappy Customer, I am being charged for a previously problem that was never fixed so I brought the car in again and was told it wouldn't cost because of a Warranty and I was charged AGAIN on top of what I previously owed when they KNEW what the problem was with the car, I even told them that I knew what the problem was and the said it needed to replace it. Instead of replacing it they fixed it with a Temporary Solution when they could have ordered the part, replaced it and trusted me to pay extra each month with my carnote as a Good Paying Customer. But they are racking up Extreme bills at MY expense for temporary fixes and now I'm STUCK with a car that I can't drive, a high bill and still a Carnote. It's not fair AT ALL! Trust and treat your On Time paying Customer's with a bit more dignity. Now I'm at risk of losing my job, my home and being on the Street.

When someone is in the market to purchase a car please do not make them feel like you are being bothered! I am not certain who the lady at the front of the door smoking is but I think its so unprofessional to do that near the office and then have the audacity to be real short in answering questions when we inquired about details to a vehicle that we were interested in. Needless to say we did not purchase and doubt we will ever do business if this is how they treat people.

Overpriced like crazy

This dealer has used cars that are overpriced like crazy. They are $2-3k more than what you would pay at a big dealer. Most of these cars have very high miles but they tell you the engine has been replaced like on the Honda I went to see. Shop elsewhere

Purchased a Honda

They never once pressured us and were very accommodating when I wanted to have an independent mechanic perform an inspection on the vehicle for our peace of mind. We have not yet picked the vehicle up as we are waiting on our bank to get the funds to the dealer, but they have been extremely patient with us. They definitely keep their overhead low and pass the savings on to you. They also have a massive selection given their limited space, which is something I found to be very impressive. They detail and service the cars they sell very well, with a lot of attention to detail.

GREAT PLACE!

Long story short, I drove from Kansas to Texas after speaking with Ronnie (owner) and car I was looking at/buying was exactly what I thought it would be, he never pressured me into buying, in fact he was completely honest and a really nice guy! I didn't end up getting the car for my own personal reasons but it was still a great time, and a great car! Thank you for the experience Ronnie!
